Great location. Close to transit and walkable to old port. Great restaurants nearby. Nice balcony. Nice kitchen and comfy accommodations. It helped that we could do laundry before returning home as well. I think my favorite was the bathroom. I had children along and they loved the tub and shower, and I loved that the set up kept the bathroom floor dry.
This isn't something the owner has control over... but when the club (?) goers leave the club in the wee hours of the morning they are Exceptionally loud. Loud voices, revving engines, etc. This went on for a good 30 minutes. It woke me up 2 nights in a row. Only on weekends. Nothing during the work week.

The property was clean and comfortable at a certain point. It had almost anything you need for a stay.
The windows weren’t 100% air proof. A lot of cold came of the windows even when I double locked. The only negative point.
