Clean property, responsive messaging, good location
Loud bass playing early AM until late night. Made it hard to sleep.

Apartment was comfortable and had a nice location. Lots of dining and entertainment options nearby. Metro about a 5 minute walk away.
Check-in is not flexible; it is exactly 3:00 pm, unless you want to pay for early check-in. There is no luggage storage. We had make alternative arrangements for our luggage because we arrived to Montreal in the morning. This was inconvenient for us. Air conditioning went out and could not be reset until the next morning.
