    Me and my husband stayed here one. Night on our way to Quebec City. We kind of booked this hotel last minute. We weee pleasantly surprised with location, cleanliness and more than anything the staff. Valet boys we dealt with were unimaginable hospitality. We did not even have to do anything. They made feel so welcomed and they were ready to do everything. When we were leaving Paulo asked us if we wanted to pick up coffee Nextdoor while we wait for the car. We went to grab coffee and there were 20 people in the line. We just came back as we didn’t want to wait that long. He was surprised to see us empty handed and asked why. We told him the line was long, he said he could cut th line for us and asked us what we wanted for the road. He went and came back in 3 mins with out chilled cold coffee. And he did not even charge us. I was BLOWN away with this gesture. Don’t see that kind of service anywhere these days. They also ran in and got 2 water bottles for the road. This is beyond my expectations. Felt like my family was taking care of me. I would go back there just to stay there again. Loved every minute of my stay here. God bless such people.

    Had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel William Gray! From the moment we stepped out of valet to check-in and all the way through to checkout, the experience was flawless. The staff truly made the difference—everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful—modern, stylish, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere felt both luxurious and relaxing. We were also pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful welcome in the room—a nice treat and a handwritten card, which was such a lovely touch and really made us feel appreciated. The location is also a huge plus, with so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. Everything felt smooth, comfortable, and well taken care of. You can tell there’s a strong team behind the scenes making sure guests have a great experience. Definitely recommend staying here, and we’ll 100% be coming back!

    Very pricy for what we got. Facilities and location really good, but bedding smelled bad, drain was clogged and room design very underwhelming.
