    Had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel William Gray! From the moment we stepped out of valet to check-in and all the way through to checkout, the experience was flawless. The staff truly made the difference—everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful—modern, stylish, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere felt both luxurious and relaxing. We were also pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful welcome in the room—a nice treat and a handwritten card, which was such a lovely touch and really made us feel appreciated. The location is also a huge plus, with so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. Everything felt smooth, comfortable, and well taken care of. You can tell there’s a strong team behind the scenes making sure guests have a great experience. Definitely recommend staying here, and we’ll 100% be coming back!

    The service is very impersonal. It's something I would expect from a 3 star hotel chain. No help with luggage, the room was quite dark, didn't feel cozy,, the air conditioner was very noisy and the mattress was uncomfortable, lumpy. The service on the top terrace was weird also. We were almost sent away till we mentioned that we stayed at the hotel. The servers were too busy and getting a drink or the bill took ages. The breakfast restaurant was fine, service was good, dishes were tasty. Overall I'm not sure if it's good value for money.
