Lovely staff, shout out to concierge Roxanne for her help with dinner reservations. Very comfortable bed, quiet room, friendly helpful staff. Would stay again.

Room was small but aquaint romantic beautifully renovated and so clean. They did good job. It’s in the heart of old Montreal it’s close to everything you need and looking for. Very safe security of the hotel is fantastic you can’t get into the room floor without your key. walk distance from everything in old Montreal. Such a delightful restaurant from all cultures

It’s in a good location in the old town. The restaurant Maggies is great and the staff in the restaurant are really welcoming.
The rooms are certainly more dated than the pictures convey. And my main issue was that the room was dirty. It wasn’t cleaned before we got there and nor whilst we were there. We were on the 8th floor and every time we came out of the lift there were staff sat on the floor in the corridor dismantling Xmas trees, folding cutlery in napkins etc. we literally had to step over them to get to our room.
