The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows on the beds. But this is a small complaint. Otherwise the space was fantastic.

Clean, spacious and well equipped. Fantastic location. Great communication with the host.

More towels

Brilliantly located and well set up for a small apartment.

We were in the loft room and it is about 80 stairs from the street to the door. The bed is pushed tight into the sloping eves which gives you no chance to sit up in bed! This room doesn't have a 'balcony with views of the city', which the description implies they all do - to see any views you need to be in tip-toes and peer through the Velux windows.

It was clean and comfortable and in great in Bergen

We were required to make our own beds and then strip them as we left. There was only one pillow per person and we were told we should have let them know if we need extra pillows. No toaster and we had to ask for one. No blinds on the lounge/living room windows and we were told that was normal in Norway due to the short days. If the light was one everyone in the street could see in and we were on ground floor. The lock on a bedroom door was broken. The worst part was the attitude of the staff when we rang to ask for extra pillows and a toaster. Apparently it was a public holiday and we should have known that and not have worried her until Tomorrow. She hung up on me saying I was rude! The reception I received was disappointing.
