Rosenberg Apartments

The apartment was spacious, well laid out and well equipped, beds were very comfortable and big windows meant it was very bright.

Ottima posizione,l’appartamento è nella zona universitaria praticamente in centro, molto comodo poter usufruire della lavatrice e asciugatrice. Sono stati molto cortesi a farmi occupare l’appartamento prima dell’orario stabilito. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario materasso comodo

Mi è sembrato strano dovermi preparare il letto, e doverlo disfare prima di andare via, come il fatto di dovermi occupare di buttare la spazzatura. Se avete bagagli grandi la mansarda potrebbe essere faticosa da raggiungere

Apartment was very clean, furnished in modern style, gave us all the things we needed to be comfortable. The info on shopping, sightseeing, trips and emergency numbers were there for us to read, to inform ourselves with were on the coffee table. Also, the place is not far from the centres. Just one thing, we would like to have: some window coverings on the 2 big windows in living room Otherwise, 👍 and I can absolutely recommend this Apartment. Monika, Châteauguay, 🇨🇦 🍁

It was clean and comfortable and in great in Bergen

We were required to make our own beds and then strip them as we left. There was only one pillow per person and we were told we should have let them know if we need extra pillows. No toaster and we had to ask for one. No blinds on the lounge/living room windows and we were told that was normal in Norway due to the short days. If the light was one everyone in the street could see in and we were on ground floor. The lock on a bedroom door was broken. The worst part was the attitude of the staff when we rang to ask for extra pillows and a toaster. Apparently it was a public holiday and we should have known that and not have worried her until Tomorrow. She hung up on me saying I was rude! The reception I received was disappointing.
