Location was convenient and apartment was comfortable. Chose it because it had washer AND dryer (especially important with all the rain).
Had to pay cleaning fee but then had to make own beds (sheets not on) and strip them before leaving. Just a pain when you arrive exhausted. Also note that ONLY the penthouse has access to the roof deck described in many positive reviews

Location was perfect for exploring Bergen waterfront. Easy walk from the train station. Variety of restaurants close by. Best Indian food just by the front door. Furnicular station 100m or so to a spectacular view. Washing machine and tumble dryer were really helpful.
Cramped bedrooms and living area. Having to make the beds on arrival and strip them down afterwards. Having to dispose of rubbish to a dumpster which was quite a way away and not convenient when trundling suitcases. Greeted with a list of rules.

The apartment is gorgeous, clean, and modern.
The apartment is located across from a club that stays open until 2 AM. There is nonstop music until then, and the people are drunk, going in and out of the club, shouting and laughing. We couldn't get any sleep until after 2 AM. It was pretty bad.
