Experience Norway's History I With Free Parking

This property is huge for a european apt. Absolutely loved the apartment. There were 3 of us but the apt can sleep upto 8 people. It had washer and dryer that cut down our packing by 50% If you are traveling out of Bergen for day trips, location is superb with access to the highway in less than a minute. Free parking. Host was very responsive, checked on us few times if needed anything. There is a small Bin priss grocery store close by.

If your plans are focused on spending most of the time in the harbor area, it is 25-30 minutes walk that involve going over a short but fairly steep climb. There is a bus stop nearby but we did not use it. No coffee shop or restaurants in immediate vicinity. There is a port right across the apt which move shipping container to/from truck. The house is literally under the bridge. If you are a light sleeper, you may have problem sleeping. We slept well!!!

Wyjątkowe doświadczenie mieszkania w tradycyjnym norweskim domu z ciekawą historią. Bardzo pomocny i dbający o gości właściciel, dużo przestrzeni i dogodny parking. Mimo bliskości dużej drogi i portu w mieszkaniu jest cicho. Do centrum zaledwie 2km spacerem.

Warto pamiętać, że apartament to tylko część domu na piętrze bez windy.

There is nowhere mentioned on booking website that property in on 1st floor. That is a breach of trust by hiding imp information. We were with Parents and luggage was it was a nightmare managing it. Wifi was pathetic. It was only working in living room where thr is a router. To our surprise there was no shower gel and when we informed owner Ole, she was like we don't provide that. They had all the things in the apartment but no shower gel. If it was mentioned on the site, we would have not booked it in the first go as my mother has difficultly climbing stairs. In the image you are showing big bunglow type property without mentioning that it is on first floor with no elevator. There are around 20 difficult steps.
