The location was great, right next to the tram stop, with a 10min journey to the city centre. There were cafes and restaurants around, as well as a grocery store. The flat was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa and TV. Place was clean.
The pillows were too soft. Lack of oil to cook (we had salt and pepper). No bin in the bathroom. It would be good to kmow which flat/side of the building we'll be (we didn't have the view like on the pictures).

The apartment was clean and the location was so good. We really enjoyed during our stay.
The sofa was small. Perhaps you could use a bigger sofa. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The bed , it was not kept, it was stored in a room along with Closet which was making it suffocating,

The instructions were complicated and unclear. For example the 'map' said suite E-C 603 the building is marked D. Even people in the neighborhood did not understand what to do with that map. Help was not readily available. It was a miserable start to the stay. Pictures with clear instructions. What to look for, how to swipe the key. Etc
Institutions were poor. It was frustrating and unnecessary The bed was terrible. There were only two flat pillows in the whole flat. The bed was shoved in so we had to climb over each other to get out. There were no bedside tables, lights or electrical outlets. A high closet blocked part of the bed. Plus only the two seat couch. No other places to sit. Really taking minimal too far.
