Villa Valamare -First Row to the Sea Restaurant - Family Atmosphere

Bardzo blisko do morza, willa znajduje się bezpośrednio przy plaży. Pokój z balkonem i widokiem na morze, klimatyzacja, parking, miejsce na rowery, dostępne leżaki, sympatyczny właściciel, dobre śniadania, na miejscu restauracja w której można również zjeść dobry obiad. Polecam.

Pan majitel ochotný,snídaně vynikající.Přímo u moře.Pračka,myčka....

Chyběla lehátka na pláži a trochu více pokulhával úklid apartmánu a společných prostor.

Struttura piccola e raccolta, poche camere quindi poco casino , la cosa migliore è la posizione credo non piu di 10 metri dalla spiaggia e dalla passeggiata lungo mare. La struttra inoltre fornisce sdraio da chiedere all'host, che è molto impegnato ma comunque raggiungibile tramite messaggio per ogni richiesta. il nostro soggiorno è avvenuto a giugno quindi nel periodo dell'inizio stegione estiva, alcune piccole cose da " sistemare" / rivedere. Il bar con il pergolato sotto alla struttura era in preparzione appunto per la stagione...un vero peccato , se lo godranno i turisti che verranno dopo.

Il servizio pulizia camere è da rivedere non credo siano mai passati a rifare camere o altro, in autonomia abbiamo capito che nel mobile del corridoio potevamo trovare gli asciugamani puliti da prendere, in una settimana non è stato svuotato mai il cestino . Comunque la stanza è nuova, ristrutturata molto bene , con mobili nuovi, armadio capiente, frigo e bagno moderno.

The location is really great- near Split and right on the beach. Breakfast- really delicious and even though it is served for each table, the portions are big. Breakfast is mainly bread/sandwiches and eggs.

We had some issues since the very beginning. We arrived a couple of hours after our check-in time. Staff at the restaurant know nothing about the reservations. They were trying to contact the owner. After some attempts it was said that we need to wait as our room is not prepared yet… after some time another guy came and let us in. Did not mention anything about the rules or when the breakfast starts, just was all in a hurry… we come in into our “clean” room and it all smells in cigarettes. The pillows on the sofa look dirty. And the whole impression of the room is that it is not cleaned often. When booking the room it was written that we will have 1double bed, 1 sofa and one single bed. However no single bed was there.
