It was close to the beach and shops,however the facilities needs to be worked on

I hope to come to Villa Bozikovic next year.

The location is great. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The parking lot is for free and the sun beds are also for free. There’s enough cutlery for cooking ( if not you will be provided with additional items. All you have to do is just ask). The receptionist Marina is really helpful and polite.

There are no sun umbrellas available.

Nice accommodation with an excellent location at the seafront

We stayed at this property before, so that attests that we recommend this accommodation. The communication and the check-in is always easy and fast. The parking is secured which is a bonus. We really liked the patio in front of our room with a great sea view. Really nice beach is just down the steps, with complementary sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for the guests. Just be aware that there steps to the beach in case you have restrictions is your walking.

This is not wysiwyg.

We stayed at this facility and thought it was good value. So good we actually booked another night as our last day before departure home. We even thought we wanted to come back another time in the future. Think of our surprise when we came back the second time and was thrown into a room we did not book and the lady stated this was the same category as we stayed before. We refused and got the money back but the impression was so bad as we needed to make an urgent change we will not come back to this hotel again. It's a shame because the hotel is ok but with management you can't trust we will play safe and stay somewhere else next time instead. Sorry to say but you succeeded to change a happy customer who would speak good of you to an unhappy customer who now wants to warn others. Conclusion, if you want to know that you get what you ordered don't come here.

I highly recommend this accommodation! The photos do not do it justice. The location is perfect, with a glorious sea view from the room and the sound of waves to wake up to. The beach is really nice. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is super nice and kind.

The apartment is 50 m from the private beach where the facilities are free for the quest and this male the place super relaxing with very few people around and is perfect for a family.

The deluxe apartment is a single room that is a bit small for 4 persons.

Great location on the beach. The second room that they moved us to had a lovely balcony.

The staff told us nothing about the place on arrival. They didn't even offer to help our 5 year old who was struggling with a small suitcase! They just showed us where our room was then disappeared! They made an error with our 2 night booking, which meant we had to move room after the 1st night, but they didn't explain why! The wifi didn't reach the ground floor room. There were 2 bowls and 3 knives in the cupboards for 4 people! The room was very badly equipped. The second room that we had to move to was slightly better equipped.

Location was good. Beach area was nice, but did require taking a walk down many steps to reach the beach front. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The basics were lacking. For a four star you would expect some basic equipment in the apartments. No toaster, no cooking tools apart from frying pan. Windows would open on their own when heavy wind.

Good choice for summer holidays

We had our summer holidays spent there - we felt very good, the apartment we got was quite big, and had everything we needed. The best part is the closeness to the beach, which makes it perfect for a vacation with kids. Great facilities, like an outside grill, outside kitchen, sunbeds. Shopping options nearby, Split is not so far away - even though on a quite busy road. Thanks to Matea for all her help. Also the owner, Mr. Bozikovic took me to some local producer of olive oil.

If you want to stay in Podstrana, this is your place. Everything was really great - and I'm critical. They have a private beach, chairs and everything. The beach is so lovely. They have a grill place by the sea and also a common kitchen for everyone to use. The see view is fantastic, a grocery shop and a bus station are very near. It's a 10! :)

Дуже хороше розташування, приватний пляж , безкоштовні шезлонги, що правда без парасолі. Номер був чистий з усіма зручностями. Господарі ввічливі та привітні . Номер - делюкс нам дуже сподобався, з виходом на пляж .

Якщо ви хочете користуватися барбекю , то потрібно мати свою сітку і вугілля. У магазинах поблизу нам так і не вдалося знайти(
