The balcony view is honestly amazing, especially at sunset. You can just sit there, enjoy the view and chill — it’s so peaceful! 🏖️ The beach is literally right in front of the property, and with the free sun loungers for guests, it almost feels like having your own little private beach. The sea, the fresh air and the quiet atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained and nicely arranged, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works really well too, which is definitely a plus on hot days. 😎 The location is also super convenient. It’s around 30 minutes by car from Split, and you’ve got supermarkets, a pharmacy and restaurants nearby. There’s also free parking right in front of the property — very handy if you’re travelling by car. 🚗 The place is especially peaceful early in the morning and at night, which makes it great if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway. And if you’re into running, the beachfront is perfect for an early morning jog! 🏃‍♂️🌊 The lady at reception was also really lovely — friendly, helpful and always ready to help whenever we needed something. 😊 And one little tip: definitely try the local fish and fresh fruit while you’re there. Everything is so fresh and delicious!

☀️ Just a little suggestion: the free sun loungers provided for guests on the beach are a really nice bonus, but they currently don’t come with umbrellas. So during the strong summer sun, you’ll need to find a bit of shade — either under the small plants along the beach or with your own solution. 😅 I’m sure it’s something the hosts may improve in the future, and honestly, it’s really the only small thing we could mention. Other than that, absolutely nothing to complain about. The free loungers are already a great extra, and with some shade, they’d be even better! 🌴🏖️

The host, Mario, and his family are very nice, welcoming, and warm people. You are also greeted by a beautiful, fluffy dog, Rea, who will make your stay even more enjoyable. 🐶🐾🥰 The room is small but cozy, with a big open terrace that connects to a beautiful green garden overlooking the sea. The view is simply breathtaking and incredibly relaxing. There is also a kitchen on the premises where you can prepare any meal you want. We loved our stay so much that we immediately extended it for two extra days without any issues. The place has its own private beach with private sunbeds. There are trees that provide some shade, but it is also a good idea to bring your own umbrella for extra protection from the sun. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, and even though it is on the main street, the rooms face the sea, so you don't really notice the traffic. There is also a nearby bus stop with a direct connection to Split if you want to do some sightseeing. There is a large private parking area on the premises where you can easily park your car or motorbike. We loved the place so much and will definitely be returning. It might not be the easiest access for elderly people or those who have difficulty walking. However, I believe there are also apartments on the lower levels, so I am sure this can be arranged depending on your needs.
