Great place

Great appartment in a very picturesque 'piazzetta' and Damiano, the owner, is very kind and available to help with anything. The appartment is large, it has anything you need including washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is very well equiped and the goodies and coffee pods that Damiano prepare for the guests were a very nice surprise.

Parking in Arco and around Lake Garda is a big adventure. There are places that you cannot visit because there are no parking places at all - we drove to Malcesine and could not see it because of this. However, in Arco, Damiano helped us obtain a parking permit for the whole city of Arco, which was a huge benefit for us!

Luogo tranquillo e rilassante

Si tratta di un appartamento situato in una frazione di Arco, fuori dai percorsi turistici, ma comodissima da raggiungere in auto (10 minuti dal centro di Riva del Garda). E' una frazione "storica", dove difficilmente si vedono case dal design moderno, dove le vie sono strette e in piazza ci sono ancora i lavatoi di una volta. Ecco, magari non è così facile trovare posto per parcheggiare, tuttavia il proprietario sa indicarvi dove andare a farlo, a soli 50 metri da casa, e il problema è risolto. La casa, come tutte le case di una volta, è fresca, ha i muri spessi e un camino, ma anche adeguata alle esigenze più moderne, ma senza rinunciare a uno stile rustico. C'è tutto quello che serve a vivere una casa: frigorifero capiente, piano cottura a induzione, lavatrice e asciugastrice, condizionatore, wi-fi, infissi nuovi con zanzariere e un posto dove rimettere in carica l'eventuale e-bike, solo per fare qualche esempio. Damiano ci ha ricevuto con gentilezza e buon garbo, ci ha illustrato quello che era necessario e ci ha lasciato anche qualche regalino di benvenuto (caffè, acqua in bottiglia, qualche cosa per fare una piccola merenda) e ci ha salutato, rendendosi disponibile per ogni necessità, ma non è stato necessario disturbarlo perchè è andato tutto benissimo. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare, magari anche per passare qualche giorno in più.

Una sola cosa, ma proprio un'inezia: in bagno metterei uno specchio con la luce. Per il resto è tutto perfetto

Top Unterkunft mit freundlichem Gastgeber

Top Unterkunft, als Grundlage für diverse Aktivitäten um den Gardasee. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und auch sonst alles was man braucht, Waschmaschine, Trockner, großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Einen weiteren Pluspunkt gibt es für das neu gemachte Tageslichtbad. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend. Um die Unterkunft gibt es fußläufig zahlreiche Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, sowie selber wieder besuchen.

Heerlijk ruim en rustig appartement

Lekker ruim appartement met veel ramen en een leuk balkon met uitzicht op de tuinen en pittoreske doorkijkjes. Het appartement is schoon en goed uitgerust. De wasmachine en de droger zijn een groot pluspunt. Er staat handzeep, douchegel, shampoo en afwasmiddel. Het bed is lekker zacht. De ramen hebben horren zodat je kan luchten zonder vliegen en muggen in huis te halen. Het was er erg rustig en we hebben alle nachten heerlijk geslapen.

Op Booking.com staat dat parkeren in de buurt van de accomodatie mogelijk is. Dat is relatief; gratis parkeren kan alleen op 10 minuten loopafstand van het appartement. In dezelfde straat mag je maximaal 2 uur staan. Dat zou anders vermeld moeten worden want hoe het er nu op staat is het erg misleidend. De parkeerplaats dat bij het appartementengebouw hoort mag helaas niet gebruikt worden door gasten.
