The entire updated well layout yet spacious bathroom including the nice sauna room is the highlight of the property!!!

The house has no coffee or some basic supplies. The couch in living room needs a deep cleaning, the staff is hard to reach, no response at all. The dryer keep beeping every 5 mins, we had to keep go back to push a button to stop the beep sound and continue the drying process, very annoying.

Nice deco, good facilities with the sauna and bath. Equipment was really good ie washing machine , kitchen appliances. Though no scissors

We were not able to open the downstairs window which was the main negative of the accommodation. First for safety if needed to get out and also to let fresh air into the flat. We had to spend money buying an Allen key set to open it. Some of the light fittings are missing or damaged. Some of the cupboards have old stuff in them and are a bit dirty. Also the second bedroom photo had a curtain which suggested it had a window. Didn’t like that it didn’t and felt a bit cheated that you presented the flat as if it did have a window. It was a hot flat in the heat, so you need a way to cool it down as there is no natural breeze getting to it since it’s between buildings.

The apartment was spacious and had a nice layout. Both the accommodation and the surrounding area were quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, even though we did not end up using it. The apartment definitely has potential.

The key pick-up process was very inconvenient and poorly organized. The message said we would receive the code for the keys at 3:45 PM so we could check in from 4:00 PM, but we only received the code at 4:00 PM. The key also had to be collected from a different location, and only from a key locker. In that case, it would have made much more sense to simply provide a key box at the apartment itself. We were given two codes; the first one opened an empty locker, and only the second code finally worked. The key pick-up location was about a 25-minute walk from the apartment. This is especially impractical when travelling with heavy luggage, and even more so in winter with gravel and sand on the streets. A check-in time of 4:00 PM is quite late. There were two rooms, but only one bed had been prepared. When I contacted the host, I was asked to look for bed linen in the closets and make the bed myself. Unfortunately, the “fresh” bed linen had makeup and blood stains on it in some places. In the second bedroom, there was some kind of device running that made a constant low noise. If you are a light sleeper, this is noticeable and can disturb your sleep. There were repeatedly ants around the kitchen sink. The couch was quite dirty, heavily worn, and stained. The walls had clearly seen better days. There were many small holes and marks, apparently from things hitting them, and the paint had chipped off in several places. The host or customer service apologized for the issues we reported, but that was all. There was no real effort to resolve the problems or offer any form of compensation.
