Blue Coast Suites - Seaside Retreat with Pool in Exclusive Kommeno

Location in posizione tattica, a 10 minuti dal centro città di Corfù e al contempo snodo centrale per andare nelle spiaggia del centro nord dell’isola. Appartamento a cui non manca niente. Noleggio barche di fronte all’appartamento, piscina con spazio BBQ attrezzato.

Dallo scarico del bagno saliva un lieve reflusso di odore poco piacevole, la rampa di accesso al parcheggio è ripida e quando arrivi nel piazzale l’auto classica tocca sotto, risolvibile se sali e scendi di traverso

We really thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was really comfortable and clean. I loves that ots a small apartment building, with i think 4 apartments total? So it felt pretty quiet and private, a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the beaches and tourist spots. The pool was fantastic and it was great to have a lovely base for me and the kids whilst we spent days out and about. I found the location great, close to the airport for an easy drive on arrival with ample parking. Also felt really central and it was easy.to access the beaches and sights around the island as it is just 2 minutes off the main coastal road. Check in was easy though we struggled to find the door at first in the dark and with exhausted and slightly stressed brains! The apartment was well appointed and the host was helpful and communicative. The air-conditioning was very welcome and the insect screens were really great. I really was very happy with everything.

I can't really fault the place to be fair. I suppose the only thing was that I had packed and planned in order to do some washing while there and while there is a washer and dryer, it was not in the apartment itself so I ended up not using it and just handwashing. But that was really just me being too busy and tired on my own with three kids to walk down stairs a couple times between other things I was busy with. It is possible this was made clear in the description but I missed it.

Nous avons apprécié l'incroyable vue de la terrasse, le calme, la cuisine et la grandeur des pièces. L'emplacement est top pour parcourir l'île mais il vaut mieux avoir une voiture. Juste à côté à pied, il y a quelques restaurants très bons (possibilité de profiter de la grande piscine de Rodostamo Hotel, moyennant consommation) et petite église très mignonne au bout de la rue sur la jetée. La piscine de la copro est un peu petite mais très profonde donc on peut nager dedans sans problème et il n'y a personne. Le jardin de la copro est très agréable avec de belles plantations fleuries. Sports nautiques possible juste à côté de la copro (location de bateau...).

Manque un peu de vaisselle et la table extérieure est un peu branlante. La porte d'entrée est très difficile à ouvrir. Attention l'eau n'est pas potable donc prévoir des bouteilles d'eau (même si la première est offerte) et il y a quelques marches pour accéder à l'appartement qui est au dernier étage..Attention, il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle et le lave linge est commun à la copro (en bas sous l'escalier)

Le contrat prévoyait une piscine privative. Malgré mes relances celle-ci était verte et inutilisable L'appartement trés beau mais mal préparé : glaces, vitres plan de travail sales ! portes de placards cuisine couvertes de traces de doigts Sol ni balayé ni lavé Dans votre détail,il était prévu la présence d'un lave linge (et je crois, lave vaisselles) AUCUN des deux, le lave linge était commun au RDC à l'ensemble de l'immeuble Eu égard au tarif pratiqué, il nous semble que la société de conciergerie (par son responsable Mr Kostas) devrait faire un travail de meilleure qualité
