    The rooms we had wasnt 4star and needed a refurb. Spoke to other guests and they had the refurb rooms with air con they can control via a remote. My room was changed by myself for a 2 bedroom family room which the air con was controlled by the hotel. I wouldnt recommend a OLD room at all. The breakfast was nice like full English and fresh fruits. They need more evening entertainment. Pool needs a refurb too. Bonus the skyview is 5min walk and the bus stop opposite the hotel to go to Old Town.

    Booked for 1 night as close to airport. Air con in our room was awful it was so hot. We had a family room ( two rooms) if we had children with us I would have asked to be moved. The children's room was stifling. Food was not great but edible. Did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Staff were very helpful and hotel, whilst a bot dated, was very clean. I would stay again if catching an early flight.

    Myself and my husband stayed here for a week . The hotel is spotless clean and a big shout out to the staff especially Thalia. Thalia is so kind and friendly and greets you with a beautiful smile and goes above and beyond to help . We will definitely return . Anne and cormac from Ireland 🇮🇪

    I think I was put in the worst room, on the bottom floor at the very end of the hallway. Said hallway was not much of a greeting as there was bug guts and blood smears on the walls and roof. The room itself was freezing cold as the A/C was missing a dial and I could not adjust the temperature. When I tried to take a bath, the water leaked from the bath onto the floor through an unseen leak and flooded the entire bathroom - when I took off the plug from the pipe, over 20 drain flies greeted me and flew into the bedroom. I would avoid this place if you can. I stayed here for the advertised runway views, of which there were very few. Breakfast was also very disappointing - don't get the scrambled eggs or "Orange Flavour" juice. Things could be better. Upgrade and wall-mount the televisions (they currently only have satellite TV), fix the hinges on the cupboards, give the bathroom a very very good clean and re-grout, treat the drain flies! Put a shower door on to avoid flooding. Wash and repaint the walls, get the bug guts off. Fix the flooding and ensure the A/C is usable. And hire a new chef.
