Terribly disappointing

We tried to rearrange this trip very soon after we booked it due to extenuating circumstances and we provided over 6 months notice but we were not given the option to cancel and get any refund or to rearrange for an alternative date so we paid for 4 nights for nothing, very disappointing. Will definitely not visit.

An excellent Hotel fairly close to Airport

Well appointed room with plenty of space. View of pool. Very helpful receptionist. Lovely grounds.

No plug (or even grill) in the wash hand basin. Made shaving difficult as no way to keep the hot water from running away.

Swimming pool was an excellent addition. Bus stop very close to get into town. Was walkable from the ferry port. Used a taxi to get to airport to fly out.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT HOTEL!

Great hotel with lovely staff. Fabulous pool bar. The best Greek salad! Rooms are very clean and comfy.

The location is quite a bit away from the centre and a taxi or bus is needed. It's on a very busy road but the hotel is set back and all of the rooms and the pool bar are away from the noise of it.

Exceptional Stay!

This was a fantastic stay. All of the staff at reception and the bar were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. The room was even better than we thought it would be (the pictures should be updated because they're much nicer in real life!) and it was very good value for money. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A GEM!

Fabulous, helpful staff. Lovely pool area (excellent Greek salad!) and the room was clean, comfy and modern. We have nothing but praise for this hotel. We are staying here again on our way home.

Peaceful environment, I recommend

Large and cozy yard, very clean room, the rooms have AC, helpful and pleasant staff, there are parking spaces. There are several delicious and cheap food and coffee restaurants around.

If you don't have a car, this hotel is about 1km from the center of Corfu town, about 20-30 minutes walk, sidewalks are rare.

Nice room with a great balcony overlooking a peaceful water feature and greenery. The vegetation throughout the hotel grounds is lovely. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Really handy to have the pool and bar for a morning swim with breakfast.

Nice hotel close to Corfu Town with a pool

The location is close to Corfu Town and one of the only places closeby with a pool. Staff were kind, nice room and balcony, and the park is well maintained.

Not a lot of kitchen equipment, so difficult to make something in the kitchen in the room. Bathroom did not match the photos but was decent. Tennis equipment provided by the hotel was of very low quality, but they do require payment for it.

Basic and not fit as an apart-hotel

The staff were very attentive but did not resolve the many problems we experienced on our stay. Great location. Nice enough pool.

Air con, hob, and kettle didn't work. Bathroom smell was so overwhelming we had to keep the door shut and window open at all times. There was mould throughout as well as the raw sewage smell. The bathroom door was broken. Bed was so uncomfortable my partner had to sleep on the sofa. There were no utensils to cook or prepare any meals with in the kitchen. No coffee making items. Requested an iron but never received an ironing board. The pool bar music started at 8.30am til late at night and the bass resonated through our bedroom being opposite the pool area. We were given 4 coat hangers for 2 people. The cost of the hotel taxi increased as the week went by. No curtain in the kitchen for privacy for people walking past.

Not the best accommodation we’ve stayed in but it is great for location

This place is so close to the airport so it’s great if you have a late flight. They are very accommodating. The pool is lovely and very clean. Large groups of young lads/girls hogging the pool and sun loungers. Great transport to Corfu town and to Aqua land. Lovely pizza place across the road and a very busy bakery which was also nice 👍

The showers/hair dryers (gave up they were so bad , no water pressure in the shower or hot water and the hair dryer was akin to something I bought my daughter to play with as a toy when she was four) We stayed twice over a two week period ( Island hopping) and the staff are lovely and helpful ❤️ On our return the larger apartment seemed beautiful to the eye but the drains stunk to high heaven in the kitchen, the A/C didn’t work in the living room or half the lights in the kitchen. To top it off the shower head fell on my 12 year olds head (first shower and cold) Maintenance guys did call around and fix the A/C and the lights (which went off again). The kitchen drain wasn’t resolved and the smell was gross and heightened when you put the A/C on. The shower wasn’t fixed at all so basically had to hose ourselves down. Better suited to 18-24 year olds.

Waterleak in the room

Daily cleaning of the room. Nearby Corfu town.

Waterleak in the room causing a wet floor and musty smell. Bad assistance from the accomodation. They sent their technician who couldn't solve the problem. After that they ignored the problem because they had no rooms left. We couldn't use the tap for the rest of the week.

Close to airport. Nice pool.

Lovely pool, quiet apart from the airport noise as it's so close. Pool bar was fine for drinks. Bakery and supermarket close by and buses into town run hourly. Rooms quite basic but serve a purpose.

Toilet flush is terrible (so only suitable for non solids....) and drains blocked so water gets everywhere when showering. Couldn't check in until after 4.30pm as room wasn't ready - not ideal when you have an early flight the next day. Pool bar had run out of the salmon bagel & Greek salad - the only things we found appetising on the already scant menu. Minimum fee for a taxi is 20 euros if you want to go into Corfu town. The buses run hourly but not on time, so you will be waiting a while for one to save yourself a lot of money. Thankfully the reception staff are quite helpful and will check the app to see if the buses are running on time if you ask.

An amazing 12 nights spent at Folies and we will definitely be back! The studio was so spacious and beautifully designed, and were cleaned/towels replaced every other day. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need for basic cooking, which is all we required. There is also a mini freezer compartment in the fridge which we appreciated for ice cubes/ice creams. The grounds were beautiful, and the pool was great- the bar staff were lovely and went above and beyond for us. After reading the negative reviews about the pool bar staff, we were worried before arriving, but the two gentlemen couldn’t have been nicer. Food/drinks were very reasonably priced and delicious. All staff we came in contact with were very kind and attentive, and when we had a small issue late at night they came and resolved it immediately! You can hear the planes, but we didn’t find it bothersome and we took no notice after the first few times. The location was ideal- close to the airport and old town. City Bus system is great- €2 per person from outside the bakery into old town, and fairly reliable with only a couple of delays throughout our whole stay! We loved the live tracker for the city buses too. Limit taxi use when possible as €15 into old town. We were allowed to store our luggage and use the pool facilities on our departure day which we appreciated.

The road is busy but we didn’t find it a big deal at all. Aslong as you are careful it’s completely fine. Nothing else negative to say

You feel great here

Good looking comfortable apartments with a nice view from the balcony. The pool and bar was also great. Staff was very helpful and air conditioning was functioning perfectly. I'd definitely come again! KTEL Bus station isn't too far so you can explore the island.

If you come by foot, it can be a struggle. The roads in the area arent pedestrian friendly so be careful.

Great location just too noisy

Lovely staff both at front desk and housekeeping - great communication from the start - fab pool - plenty of sun Loungers - bar area was clean and good choice of food & drink Great location for old town - cafe bakery supermarket and busstop on doorstep!

Unfortunately there is a distinct lack of utensils, cooking bits bowls chopping boards knives plugs for sink so forget using facilities for catering. Plus worse still noise at night from groups of young people around bar area- talking laughing til 2.30am both nights - no one around to stop this so unfortunately would t stay again as we need our sleep!!

Good for a short stay near the airport

Location was excellent, as we needed a short stay after late night flight. There was parking in the car park. Spacious apartment, but we were only there one night, so didn't use the facilities, apart from the bathroom.

We found the bed very uncomfortable - very hard. It felt like a piece of wood with foam over it. Perhaps it was. The shower was tiny and had a curtain, which made for an annoying experience, but made us use less water I suppose, so not all bad.

Great place to spend holidays and relax. Great value for money.

Everything was great, the place really looks beautiful as in the photos. Staff is very hospitable and nice, both at the reception, room maids and people working at the pool bar. Prices of food and drinks were also good, even cheaper than the ones in the city center. Hotel is accessible via public transport, in case you're not renting a car or taking taxis. Near the hotel you have a well-equipped bakery, fruit shop, small market and pizzeria, in radius of 150m.

No negative observations for this property, I recommend it!

Value for your money

Good place for a solo traveler. You have supermarket and bakery close by and you have kitchenette to make food. A bus station takes you to town in 10 min but you can also walk in 28 min cause the buses weren’t always reliable or showed up. Clean studio and loved the pool/bar, friendly staff. One time the bus didn’t show up and I was stressed cause had a connected bus to catch and the manager drove me there, now that’s what I call extraordinary service!

We came for calm relaxation and to use the wi-fi for calls home. We left tired and frustrated.

Large, clean apartment.

We, a couple, book into a room which had the sofa bed already made-up so it can sleep four. We put the sofa bed away ourselves to discover none of the cushions that might have made it comfortable seating, were there. Super-uncomfortable as a result There was constant background noise during the day from the radio in reception, and constant noise at night from the menagerie next door, with cockerels crowing from 02:30, and a strange, loud beeping noise that went on, and on, and on. No locks on the bathroom doors that open on their own at the slightest prompt. The toilet flush was a farce. I suspect the cistern is likely full of bricks to save water. The wi-fi reception in the room was so poor it often wouldn't even open a page (it was good in the reception area where we had to sit to use it). They offered to find us another apartment, but couldn't guarantee better wi-fi. All-in-all, a very poor experience, and not at all worth the money.

Very nice accomodation near Corfu Town

We stayed there for a week. Very nice accomodation, very clean and bigger than we expected, good WiFi. Enough space at the swimming pool. The bus station is right in front of the apartments. A ride to corfu town is about 10min. Supermarket and bakery are around the corner.

Very little kitchen supplies. Only silverware, two pans and one cutting board. Not even a knife for bread or spatula, so not convenient for cooking. You're also not allowed to bring your own food and drinks, so you have to get them at the bar. Although they mention it on their website, the poolbar is NOT open 24/7.

Not value for money and not what we had booked for

Polite staff , spacy gardens and parking lot, nice pool and quiet place

We had booked 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms (since we travelled with our kids aged 7 and 5 years old ) but instead they gave us 2 separate 1 bedroom apartments next to each other - off course we couldn't use the other one and leave a 7 and 5 year old alone at night at a separate appartment, so we had to stay all of us in one apartment and the kids slept in the couch in the living room-definitely not comfy and not what we paid for. Moreover the door in the shower cabinet was shaky and got misplaced easily.
