Great hotel with lovely staff. Fabulous pool bar. The best Greek salad! Rooms are very clean and comfy.

The location is quite a bit away from the centre and a taxi or bus is needed. It's on a very busy road but the hotel is set back and all of the rooms and the pool bar are away from the noise of it.

Beautiful property with a lovely atmosphere! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were super helpful and polite — they even gave me great local food recommendations that I really enjoyed. Es war ausreichend aber wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

Es ist eine große Anlage mit einem Pool.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig. Da die Wohnung/Anlage in der Einflugschneise ist, hat man zusätzlich auch viel Fluglärm. Bis zur Altstadt ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit, zu Fuß läuft man aber gute 45 Minuten. An sich nicht schlecht, allerdings gibt es kaum Bürgersteige auf den Straßen. Wenn man wirklich kochen möchte, dann ist das Besteck und Geschirr etwas sparsam eingerichtet. Es gab jeweils 2 Löffel, Gabeln, Buttermesser, Teller und Tassen, eine Pfanne und einen Topf. Was hier gefehlt hätte ist ein Messer mit dem man hätte wenigstens Obst schneiden können oder Müslischalen.

Exceptional Stay!

This was a fantastic stay. All of the staff at reception and the bar were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. The room was even better than we thought it would be (the pictures should be updated because they're much nicer in real life!) and it was very good value for money. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Gute Verkehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.. Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. War perfekt für eine Nacht. (Wir sind von Albanien nach Düsseldorf geflogen und haben dort übernachtet , )

Peaceful environment, I recommend

Large and cozy yard, very clean room, the rooms have AC, helpful and pleasant staff, there are parking spaces. There are several delicious and cheap food and coffee restaurants around.

If you don't have a car, this hotel is about 1km from the center of Corfu town, about 20-30 minutes walk, sidewalks are rare.

Ideální jako mezičlánek mezi letadlem a trajektem ale i na rekreaci a odpočinek.

Vše v naprostém pořádku, možnost přijít a odejít kdykoli díky recepci 24/7 velice oceńuji protože jsme odcházeli brzy ráno na letadlo. Pokoje čisté, ručníky, venkovní bazén, bar, klimatizace, vše v naprostém pořádku. Rychlé přihlášení i odhlášení, žádné zbytečnosti. Rozhodně mohu vřele doporučit všem cestovatelům, ideální mezičlánek mezi letadlem a trajektem do albánie na odpočinek a sprchu.

Vybavení koupelny trochu opotřebované, sprcha tekla málo, ale nic co by nějak moc vadilo. Trochu hlučnější často prolétavájící letadla.

Nice room with a great balcony overlooking a peaceful water feature and greenery. The vegetation throughout the hotel grounds is lovely. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Really handy to have the pool and bar for a morning swim with breakfast.

Die Stimmung in der ganzen Anlage war sehr locker und entspannt. Die Musik an der Poolbar war super cool. Alles sehr sauber und super ausgestattet

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden aber wenn wir etwas empfehlen dürfen, manche Gäste sollten mehr ermahnt bzw. kontrolliert werden. Besoffen am Pool, Getränkegläser am Poolrand, lange laut videotelefonieren, Kippen einfach in den Rasen gedrückt nicht in den Aschenbecher und auf den Boden geascht.. ihr habt wirklich eine schöne kleine oase da , wenn die Gäste sich noch etwas besser benehmen oder zurecht gewiesen werden wäre es perfekt :)

Ein fast perfekter Urlaub

Gemütliche Anlage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Supermarkt, Bäcker, etc). Der Pool ist mehr als ausreichend, besonders für Kinder aber auch um zwischendurch zu entspannen. Weitläufige Grünanlage. Reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden. Perfekt für einen Erkundungsurlaub.

Die Matratzen sind nicht gut - entweder steinhart oder man spürt die Federn. Wenn auch super nett und professionell, rattern die Reinigungskräfte leider früh morgens mit ihren Arbeitsutensilien in Einkaufswägen aus dem Supermarkt über die Anlage, was extrem laut ist. (Ausschlafen Fehlanzeige.) Hier sollte das Management Team unbedingt über ordentliche, arbeitsgerechte und leisere Lösungen nachdenken.

Nice hotel close to Corfu Town with a pool

The location is close to Corfu Town and one of the only places closeby with a pool. Staff were kind, nice room and balcony, and the park is well maintained.

Not a lot of kitchen equipment, so difficult to make something in the kitchen in the room. Bathroom did not match the photos but was decent. Tennis equipment provided by the hotel was of very low quality, but they do require payment for it.

Basic and not fit as an apart-hotel

The staff were very attentive but did not resolve the many problems we experienced on our stay. Great location. Nice enough pool.

Air con, hob, and kettle didn't work. Bathroom smell was so overwhelming we had to keep the door shut and window open at all times. There was mould throughout as well as the raw sewage smell. The bathroom door was broken. Bed was so uncomfortable my partner had to sleep on the sofa. There were no utensils to cook or prepare any meals with in the kitchen. No coffee making items. Requested an iron but never received an ironing board. The pool bar music started at 8.30am til late at night and the bass resonated through our bedroom being opposite the pool area. We were given 4 coat hangers for 2 people. The cost of the hotel taxi increased as the week went by. No curtain in the kitchen for privacy for people walking past.

This place is so close to the airport so it’s great if you have a late flight. They are very accommodating. The pool is lovely and very clean. Large groups of young lads/girls hogging the pool and sun loungers. Great transport to Corfu town and to Aqua land. Lovely pizza place across the road and a very busy bakery which was also nice 👍

The showers/hair dryers (gave up they were so bad , no water pressure in the shower or hot water and the hair dryer was akin to something I bought my daughter to play with as a toy when she was four) We stayed twice over a two week period ( Island hopping) and the staff are lovely and helpful ❤️ On our return the larger apartment seemed beautiful to the eye but the drains stunk to high heaven in the kitchen, the A/C didn’t work in the living room or half the lights in the kitchen. To top it off the shower head fell on my 12 year olds head (first shower and cold) Maintenance guys did call around and fix the A/C and the lights (which went off again). The kitchen drain wasn’t resolved and the smell was gross and heightened when you put the A/C on. The shower wasn’t fixed at all so basically had to hose ourselves down. Better suited to 18-24 year olds.

Waterleak in the room

Daily cleaning of the room. Nearby Corfu town.

Waterleak in the room causing a wet floor and musty smell. Bad assistance from the accomodation. They sent their technician who couldn't solve the problem. After that they ignored the problem because they had no rooms left. We couldn't use the tap for the rest of the week.

El apartamento fue estupendo. Muy cómodo, tranquilo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para la estancia, incluso dispone de nevera con un pequeño congelador. Se trata de estancias modernas con camas cómodas en las que todos los apartamentos disponen de terraza. La piscina es estupenda, un ambiente muy divertido y agradable para niños y adultos.

Los precios del bar de la piscina eran altos( a excepción de algún sándwich y el agua mineral). No está permitido llevar tu propia bebida mientras estás disfrutando de la piscina. Tienes que disponer de coche para ir al centro de Corfú. Los taxis son muy caros,

Close to airport. Nice pool.

Lovely pool, quiet apart from the airport noise as it's so close. Pool bar was fine for drinks. Bakery and supermarket close by and buses into town run hourly. Rooms quite basic but serve a purpose.

Toilet flush is terrible (so only suitable for non solids....) and drains blocked so water gets everywhere when showering. Couldn't check in until after 4.30pm as room wasn't ready - not ideal when you have an early flight the next day. Pool bar had run out of the salmon bagel & Greek salad - the only things we found appetising on the already scant menu. Minimum fee for a taxi is 20 euros if you want to go into Corfu town. The buses run hourly but not on time, so you will be waiting a while for one to save yourself a lot of money. Thankfully the reception staff are quite helpful and will check the app to see if the buses are running on time if you ask.

An amazing 12 nights spent at Folies and we will definitely be back! The studio was so spacious and beautifully designed, and were cleaned/towels replaced every other day. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need for basic cooking, which is all we required. There is also a mini freezer compartment in the fridge which we appreciated for ice cubes/ice creams. The grounds were beautiful, and the pool was great- the bar staff were lovely and went above and beyond for us. After reading the negative reviews about the pool bar staff, we were worried before arriving, but the two gentlemen couldn’t have been nicer. Food/drinks were very reasonably priced and delicious. All staff we came in contact with were very kind and attentive, and when we had a small issue late at night they came and resolved it immediately! You can hear the planes, but we didn’t find it bothersome and we took no notice after the first few times. The location was ideal- close to the airport and old town. City Bus system is great- €2 per person from outside the bakery into old town, and fairly reliable with only a couple of delays throughout our whole stay! We loved the live tracker for the city buses too. Limit taxi use when possible as €15 into old town. We were allowed to store our luggage and use the pool facilities on our departure day which we appreciated.

The road is busy but we didn’t find it a big deal at all. Aslong as you are careful it’s completely fine. Nothing else negative to say

You feel great here

Good looking comfortable apartments with a nice view from the balcony. The pool and bar was also great. Staff was very helpful and air conditioning was functioning perfectly. I'd definitely come again! KTEL Bus station isn't too far so you can explore the island.

If you come by foot, it can be a struggle. The roads in the area arent pedestrian friendly so be careful.

Goede accomodatie, maar verbetering mogelijk!

Goede locatie, proper, vriendelijk personeel, kuisen elke 2 dagen. 30min wandelen naar Corfu stad, hebben we elke dag gedaan.

Naast kamer 516 zijn er kippen en zit er een haan tussen die om 5u smorgens begint met kraaien. Heeft ons meermaals wakker gemaakt. Een netje aan het zwembad zou handig zijn om de wespen regelmatig eruit te halen. Parasols aan het zwembad zou nog een goed idee zijn.

Great location just too noisy

Lovely staff both at front desk and housekeeping - great communication from the start - fab pool - plenty of sun Loungers - bar area was clean and good choice of food & drink Great location for old town - cafe bakery supermarket and busstop on doorstep!

Unfortunately there is a distinct lack of utensils, cooking bits bowls chopping boards knives plugs for sink so forget using facilities for catering. Plus worse still noise at night from groups of young people around bar area- talking laughing til 2.30am both nights - no one around to stop this so unfortunately would t stay again as we need our sleep!!
