Filipe's Green Landscape

We were very pleased and impressed with Filipe's Green Landscape. Theresa was very friendly & made us feel really welcome. Probably one of the best self catering apartments we have ever stayed in. The welcome package of fruit, water & local cake was a thoughtful touch. The place was spotlessly clean, everything seemed in new condition and every last detail had been thought through. The location had a beautiful view and was quiet. The building had been constructed to a high standard without apparent compromise. We would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to anyone planning to explore Madeira by car.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike

Alle was helemaal in orde. De Host Teresa is ontzettend vriendelijk. Alles was heel goed verzorgd. Het huis is zeer schoon en comfortabel.

Alles was perfect.

* Teresa and Filipe are great hosts and simply amazing people! Communication was effortless * Everything was clean and well prepared for our stay * There were so many facilities, that we didn't come close to using all of them during a full week stay, you'll miss nothing! * This house is located on the good side of the mountain where the sun nearly always shines! ;-)

* There was a smell in the bathroom. The host has informed us it was due to issues with the public sewage at that moment, not the house. * There was only 1 rag available for manually washing dishes (besides the dishwasher), but the hosts will provide more if you need them! These were NOT issues to us, but some people might want to be aware before booking: * For those who mind/care, be aware that this is one of the steeper paved streets in Madeira! Not an issue if you have decent driving skills and don't mind using first gear * The mattresses are hard, usually you'll get medium hard but here you get high-quality but hard mattresses, if you only care about the quality of the mattress you don't have to worry, they are really good * Like you'll see in any house (no matter how recent) on any island, the isolation is thin, because of that you will hear wind noice at night on windy days, you should expect that everywhere on the island though

Super petite maison, très bon accueil très sympathique et une dame très disponible, toujours souriante et de très bon conseils ! Allez y les yeux fermés !
