About this house rental
Villa Graciela is a detached Villa in Ribeira Brava, recently built and furnished with great taste, comfort and quality.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the noise and movement of a large city but with access to all amenities and beach just 3 kms away.
The whole Villa is quite spacious, pleasant and harmonious.
The Villa consists of 2 floors.
On the ground floor there's the lounge area, dining room, kitchen and a toilet.
The lounge is decorated in a very harmonious way, has a very comfortable sofa, TV with about 180 channels, WI-FI, dining table for 6 people. It has direct access to the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, oven, American fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc ... all to make your stay as welcoming as possible and make you feel in your own home. There is also a dining table for 6 people in the kitchen.
On the 1st floor is the bedrooms area. T
he master bedroom has 1 king size bed with private bathroom with bath; the other bedroom has 1 double bed; it has another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. Both double rooms have balconies with sea and mountain views. The single room has a window with sea and mountain views.
There is also a bathroom with a shower on the first floor.

Fantastic villa. Highly recommend. Clean, comfortable and everything you need. View from the terrace is amazing and the hot tub an excellent addition.

This house has all you need for an extended stay and is spotless clean. The beds are confortable and bathrooms convenient. Internet is good. We have not used TV, so no comments about it. The house is very well located in the Island and neighbour town has both supermarket and local fruit and vegetable stall.
The person in charge of the house is very accomodating and making sure you have a good stay.
The only downside of the house is that if you have big car, parking inside property is impossible/adventurous, so when you rent a car chose small size model. Anyhow there is no much distance to any point but the car should have powerful engine for steep upward slops. We were able to park outside but felt it was risky as street is also narrow.

Really good experience. Loved everything about the house, beautiful views and very clean and comfortable house with all the amenities you can think of.
5-10 minute drive to the supermarket, make sure you have a car.

Villa is in a really good location, weather is better at this side of the island. There are beaches and cities in 6min drive. Obviously you would need a car. Everything what you would need was provided (washing/dryer machines, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, kitchen utensils), only thing what we had to buy was shampoo and shower gel. Communication was great, we came late and left early morning, we didnt meet the host, but self check in and check out was smooth and easily explained. In general we really enjoyed our stay, the view is amazing, sunshine is always in the garden where you can sunbath or have a nice breakfast. Definitely recommend!
