Compact, bon layout et mais surtout neuf et très propre. Belle literie et bon lit ! Salle de bain élégante mais peu d’endroit pour déposer nos trucs ou accrocher les serviettes. Cuisine minimale bien dotée et facile à utiliser.

Rien qui concerne l’appartement. Mais en octobre sans climatisation, les fenêtres ouvertes supposait des bruits nocturnes de passants qui ont nuit à notre sommeil et notre jouissance des lieux.

Non hanno lasciato neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua Camera poco luminosa Non c’è bidet NON C’È DEPOSITO BAGAGLI Ma soprattutto VERGOGNOSO che non abbiano nessun responsabile/gestore della struttura, abbiamo avuto bisogno per chiedere del deposito bagagli cosa che la maggior parte delle strutture ti consentono, ma risponde un CALL CENTER non hanno assolutamente nessuno in loco, non mi aspetto check in di persona perché ormai nessuno lo fa, ma check in online e diverso da non avere NESSUNO a cui potersi rivolgere se si ha bisogno, dicono che sono reperibili h24 ma gente che sta dietro una scrivania cosa può fare se hai bisogno urgente Chw può essere un asciugamano il phon che si rompe la luce che salta… per me è vergognoso se si decide di aprire una serie di appartamenti ci si prende la briga e la responsabilità di avere il contatto col cliente non che ci sbatti un call center

Location, right in the middle of the action in Granada. Size of room and facilities.

1) Checkin process with code was a torture; code didn’t work, was made to wait out in street. Made frantic international calls (~40 minutes)to customer service who handled it well! They offered a minor discount one night’s tariff which hasn’t materialised and seems onus is on the Booking.com, hope it works. 2) The same room was allocated to 2 customers, that was a huge set back after the checkin fiasco. Not expected from a German Co. 3) Cleanliness - spiders and months of dust incl. hair scattered in the roomS. I was made to provide photos by customer service. It was cleaned up but outsourced contractor did a shoddy job. Amazed that there was no co-ordination between the LimeHome CRM in Madrid and Granada. They again offerred a token discount but hasn’t materialised as mentioned in 1. I can go on but I will pause. The property is good but needs attention from Granada instead of Madrid/Munich to deliver value.
