Very noisy area and street where hotel located dirty, not a very safe area, noise all night the Friday night from street parties

The property was a small air conditioned suite with everything you would need including a washing machine. It was new, very clean and had a great little kitchen with a coffee machine. Everything has been thought about. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large. The check in was seamless and automated with the ability to store luggage if required. The location to the city centre is very close. It is walking distance to most attractions, restaurants, bars and the airport bus. Everything felt very safe.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Calm Suite Hotel. The location was excellent, but what truly impressed us was the attention to detail throughout the property. Complimentary water in the fridge, a well-equipped tea and coffee station, quality products, and even two different sweetener options showed how carefully everything had been considered. The double-glazed windows provided excellent sound insulation, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The apartment included everything needed even for a long stay, including an iron, washing machine, and even board games. The quality of the amenities and consumables also reflected the hotel’s high standards. The staff were very helpful regarding parking arrangements, which we greatly appreciated. The snacks prepared for guests were another thoughtful touch. Everything was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. This is a place where you can comfortably stay for an extended period without missing anything. Every detail has been carefully planned.

Nice apartment with all the amenities. The location is perfect for walking to the major sites, and the backstreet location made for a quiet experience. Sitting in the rooftop hot tub made for a great nightcap.

Stairs would be tough for mobility limited guests, but we had no problem (and I’m in my late 60s).
