The property features two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, designed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The bright living room includes a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.
The kitchen, adjoining the living room, is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare anything from a light breakfast to a special dinner.
Regarding the bathrooms, the apartment offers two different spaces:
In the master bedroom, you will find a bathtub integrated into the room, ideal for unwinding, along with an adjoining bathroom with a washbasin and WC.
There is also a second full bathroom with a shower, practical and convenient.
Finally, the property boasts a charming private patio with a table for four and a stylish vertical garden — the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine in the evening.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

This place was fabulous! The photos are accurate, but don't do justice to the beautiful decor. Spacious, clean, and lots of thoughtful amenities. We were greeted at the door and shown how to access the property and given other helpful information. The apartment has historic charm, but modern features such as an elevator. The location is great, with easy access to the sites of Granada, as well as many restaurant options. We stayed four days and wish it was longer!

This was an amazing property! You are in the heart of the charming old town where so many restaurants and shops are located. We loved the spaciousness and the private elevator straight to our place.
Everyone we encountered at the apartment was friendly and always willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend them.
