** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The location for visiting Granada can not be beat. The check-in agent was helpful and easy to reach but English was minimal. Fortunately my wife is fluent in Spanish. No parking available at site so we reserved parking garage about 15 min away. This was a moderate headache with luggage and then 3 flights of stairs to unit at end of walk (no elevator). Air conditioners and washer machine worked well. Kitchen not very well equipped. Beds are NOT comfortable and really should be upgraded to something reasonably comfortable. Overall very spacious with a lot of space to hang out and a very cool view down onto Plaza Romanilla. Bathrooms and showers are large enough however you are not allowed to flush ANY toilet paper!
Final issue is abrasive neighbor downstairs. We were told at check-in not to use washer after 10pm as the neighbor would complain due to the noise. We abided by this without major inconvenience. None the less she was knocking on our door first night complaining we made too much noise walking on the floor at 11pm when you typically return from dinner in Spain. Wife quelled the situation and she did not return the remainder of our stay.
Ultimately I would stay there again but not more than 2-3 nights as some of the issues do begin to wear you down.

It’s even more stunning than the pictures. We loved this place so much it was hard to leave! Beautifully stylish and luxuriously comfortable. Even the location is great, on a lovely little plaza just behind the cathedral. Cannot recommend highly enough- other than for those who might struggle with 3 flights of stairs to reach it.

Charming, beautiful apartment, but we weren't told it was a 4-story WALKUP or that there wasn't any parking nearby at all. Had we known this, we would've reconsidered, since we had a rental car and lots of luggage. Additionally, it was COLD and some of the heating was insufficient or not working. Lastly, the water pressure was terrible and taking a shower was a challenge.
