Great view, central location and well thought out.
We lost the sun on the balcony by 1.30pm

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Villefrance with access to the station, restaurants and the beach.
I think some people might find it a bit noisy at night, although we were ok with it. Older people and those with children may find this an issue - mostly the noise from the passageway outside and the restaurant below.

Location is wonderful, overlooking the beautiful bay and on a very interesting street! Extremely handy for local facilities including the railway station (10 minute walk away); air conditioning was a huge help. Clean and well presented on arrival, staff very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Balcony was a fabulous asset, not only for the view but also for drying the laundry!
Didn’t have a third chair on the balcony (our daughter stayed with us on the sofa bed) but we managed as there were three stools in the kitchen area.
