Affordable house & good location very near to Old Town. The house was clean & the host was also very helpful & responsive over chat.

The bed on the top has less headroom and the metal rods on stairs make noise while getting up & down. During one night, kids seem to be playing on the stairs in one of the neighbouring rooms making that metal noise.

From the first look the flat and furniture look okay. The location is super close to the old town and the central station, at the same time it was quite during the night (,no street noises). Communication with the host was smooth.

There is a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Additionally, the bathroom tap is poorly designed, causing water to splash on you and around every time you use it. Several items are broken or damaged: the dishwasher door, the sofa, and the kettle, which leaks. The stair railings are loose, creating a lot of noise whenever anyone walks up or down. Since the house probably has wooden floors, every time kids ran on the floor above, the stairs would rattle and make noise—even late in the evening. You can also hear the neighbors, though that was somewhat manageable. Sleeping in the loft bed under the ceiling was quite uncomfortable. There is very little clearance, and the lamp looks poorly wired and unsafe. It also gets very stuffy upstairs due to a lack of ventilation. As a result, I had to sleep on the sofa, which was sagging and creaked loudly every time I moved during the night.
