Very clean apartment with everything we needed. Good location in a quieter part of city just outside of the old town. Good communication with the host and easy to follow check in and out instructions. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Steep stairs up to mezzanine floor where bed was situated. Ok for us but elderly people may struggle.

Central location, the easy communication between letting staff, the very quick response to any queries, and the comprehensive instructions on accessing and entering their property.
As an older person, I found the ladder climb to the bed space an effort, especially in the middle of the night when wanting to use the bathroom.

The location was good
The death trap stairs, the blinds where broken in the room, no lightbulb in one of the lights next to the bed, neighbours banging around, under the sofa was filthy
