Practically a new apartment, well designed, very nice, modern, great facilities, great location for the main square. Efficiently managed through 3rd party software, & contactless experience. Would definitely stay again, to be clear.

Upon arrival, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that had been sitting - we had to scrub them by hand and put the dishwasher on twice before they were clean to use. There was one chopping board and very limited utensils, no knives, only a single bread knife and butter knives (not suitable for chopping food when cooking). No dish soap was provided. Everything was electronically controlled, good when it all works, but the curtains would only open from one side manually, not electronically. Additionally, the electronic unit prevented the curtains from fully closing on one side as they were installed off-centre. We could see and be seen by everyone in the opposite building through that opening at all times (it happened to look directly onto the sleeping area). Too far from the river to walk, Ubers are cheap, but good location otherwise. The worst part was that from around 7 am to 7 pm on weekdays and from around 10 am on weekends, there was heavy construction on the entire building, installing several new apartments. This woke us up every day and meant we could not get back to sleep or even talk properly. We were not informed of this work, and they refused to stop it or start it later on. Eventually, we managed to get some money back. (Noise wouldn't be too much of an issue if you are up and out early anyway, but it was incredibly loud drilling into the brickwork on two of our walls, most of the time) Be careful when booking here!! Would recommend otherwise. Would definitely stay again, to be clear.
