Good location at that price range, short walk to main areas and tram/bus routes. Room had no air conditioning which meant sleeping was not good. One or two small maintenance issues (no plug for the bathroom sink) and for some of us "rounder figured" people, a small shower can present access and movement issues.
3 floors up but no lift.

Location was just excellent - walking distance from train station and to old town. Surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants.
I would not take the breakfast they offer. 2/3 times it was cold and there is so many breakfast options available in the old town and nearby.
