Updated and clean. Very responsive host who helped when we ran into some issues. Cute theme and they included things to make it homey like coffee, creamer, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, cleaning supplies, games, etc. Loved the fenced in back yard and the location across from the park. Plenty of parking. Dedicated laundry room with a sink which was nice for washing our clothes. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances seemed new.
The bedding and pillows were microfiber. It felt really cheap and didn't really match the rest of the place. Microfiber sheets made it hot to sleep at night and they restricted the AC controls so you couldn't turn it down. It got very hot and humid our first night and we were uncomfortable. The host did respond when we said that we were uncomfortable with the AC though. Kept finding pet hair on things and couches in living room need new cushions.

Everything. Too much to list but suffice it to say we will stay there again with no hesitation. Friendly owner, amenities were more than we expected, clean and in great order. Absolutely loved the place.

Location is great. Right across street from the park by the water. The house has everything you need including all the amenitiesluke pits, pans, Tupperware, silverware, etc.
