Bathrooms were a bit small, the garage and available use of beach stuff was a nice touch.

We were within walking distance of the beach and enjoyed less crowded walks than we have had on other beaches.

Place was very clean and cozy. Plenty of towels and started us off with paper towels, toilet paper etc... CVS is close for all things you forgot or need more of. Beach is just a short walk across the street. Kids loved going to Lulu's for ice cream at night which is right next to the place.

The property was fine. It met our needs. Kitchen had what we needed to cook. Washer and dryer were great to have, especially because they make you wash and dry the beach towels they provide before you leave. The house had one dish pod and one laundry pod...no hand soaps or anything...so be prepared to bring your own, it does say it is scarcely supplied...this was true. Th beds were not comfortable at all. Couch was comfortable however, but arm rest was very hard and we neded up with bruises from this. The kayaks and paddleboards and beach stuff was great to have. Pool was great. Dock was great to look for wildlife. Beach was very close. The floors upstairs were filthy and my feet were black with dirty...we dont wear shoes in the house...it was that way when we arrived. I did notify company when we checked in and got ZERO response. I also notified them about garage door not working and a nail sticking out of the floor...which i stepped on. Again got ZERO responsw from agency. Tried to call, texted, emailed...and in 4 days had no response. Things would have been much better if they would have been responsive. I am glad we did not have any crises with the property or things that would have been an impedement to our stay...but the agency wouldnt know because they disnt reapo d!
