Het is een ruim appartement voor een zeer schappelijke prijs, zeker in het hoogseizoen. Over het algemeen betaal je veel meer voor andere appartementen die aanzienlijk kleiner zijn. Aan de overkant van de weg bij het appartement begint een paadje naar een van de mooiste stranden van Kassandra. Houd er wel rekening mee dat je hiervoor eerst een vrij drukke weg moet oversteken. Vlak bij het strand ligt een vijfsterrenresort waar je tegen betaling gebruik kunt maken van de strandbedden en parasols. In 2026 kostte dit €15. Er is ook een restaurant en bar aanwezig. Wij hebben tijdens ons verblijf meerdere stranden bezocht, maar dit vonden we uiteindelijk het mooiste. Het is er bovendien minder massaal dan op veel andere stranden in de omgeving en de prijzen voor strandbedden zijn een stuk vriendelijker dan bij veel beachclubs elders. Het appartement beschikt over drie bedden, verdeeld over twee slaapkamers: een tweepersoonsbed in de hoofdslaapkamer, een stapelbed en een eenpersoonsbed. Daarnaast is er een ruime woonkamer met keuken. Er is airconditioning in de woonkamer en in de slaapkamers zijn ventilatoren aanwezig. De wasmachine werkte tijdens ons verblijf niet en hoorde niet bij de service, maar de eigenaar gaf aan dat er een monteur zou komen om deze te repareren.

Sommige nachten was er in de omgeving een feest. Dat kan de nachtrust een beetje verstoren. Omdat er geen airconditioning in de slaapkamers is, moesten we de ramen openhouden, waardoor het geluid extra goed te horen was.

The place is nice, it's quiet, there is nice nature, it's close to the beach and overall the house is airy and has large windows and large terraces with blinds and mosquito nets. A nice place to relax.

I didn't like that it was in the middle of nowhere, meaning it was between two settlements on the right side of the road, a complex of villas, and in the evening, because we were there in May, we looked for blankets, there were none and we asked the host to bring us some and he told us there wasn't any, and there was also no reception. In Blezost there is only one shop and no place to walk, only by car.

The host was kind and helpful, recommending places to visit and eat. The terrace was spacious, pleasant, and included an electric grill. We had access to a small garden downstairs where the children could play. The beach itself (once reached) was beautiful and not crowded, although not private as advertised.

On arrival, the floors were sticky and the furniture very old. We had to spend the first day cleaning: floors, all dishes, the fridge, and dust inside the dish cabinets. The coffee machine was dirty with used pods left inside. In the bedroom, the cabinet had staples sticking out from the back panel (risk of injury/damage to clothes) and also contained items that should not have been there. The living room folding sofa was unusable: the pillow area was sunken, forcing the guest to sleep the other way around. Both sofas were old and just covered with fabric to hide their condition. The washing machine was broken (we were informed beforehand), but for a 10-day stay with kids this meant carrying much more luggage. Nights were noisy: constant traffic and, on some nights, very loud music from a nearby disco until 5 AM. With the windows closed it was hot and humid, so sleep was very difficult. The “beachfront access” was misleading: instead of direct access, it was a dangerous improvised path down a 30m drop through bushes, with trash, toilet paper, and used hygiene products around. We also had an incident with the front door: it can only be opened from outside with the key. In a hurry, we locked ourselves out, and since the owner lives 2 hours away, we had to rely on neighbors with a ladder to get back in. Guests should be extra careful with the keys. Overall, the value for money was very low.
