Very well worth the price, quality service

Very easy communication with hosts, our late check-in was arranged perfectly and without any troubles. A very cozy, small hotel, the studio was clean and all amenities well looked after. Surroundings were calm and safe too. In September we had plenty of parking possibilities on nearby streets. Lots of shopping or eating out places around, reachable in 5 mins by foot.

Great quality accommodation and incredibly lovely staff.

Comfortable apartment close to shops and restaurants. Decent sized space with a large bed, spa-like shower and kitchen facilities. The owner/staff have a very cute fluffy dog that lays around the ground floor and welcomes a pat.

We had the most amazing stay at acquablue apartments! The family who owns this place are hospitable, helpful, and kind people. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Amazing hotel. The room has everything you need, everything is clean and tidy, the rooms were cleaned daily, there is a grill outside, which we used regularly. Convenient location, across the road is the sea, 200 meters away. For me and my child, it was very convenient. Around the corner, 50 meters away, there is a store, everything is within walking distance, 200 meters to the center. The owners are wonderful people. Special thanks to the owner Katerina. Very friendly and hospitable, always fulfilled all our requests. Helped with the grill. I chose the hotel for a long time and am glad that I settled on this option, I recommend it to everyone!

The location, the rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is new and clean. Staff is helpful and smiling.

The balconies are next to one another and most of the guests smoke making it impossible for non-smokers to enjoy the balcony.

Easily one of the best stays I have ever had!

It had literally everything I look for in an accommodation - super clean, fresh towels every other day, clean bathroom with partition, the floor is mopped every other day, has a functional kitchen, blind curtains, wifi, air conditioning, quiet and accessible (bus stop is at about 700 mtrs). I had much better experience than I’ve had in 5 star hotels. But the highlight, as so many others have mentioned, is the host Katherina! She’s the best!

Family run, sparkling clean and spacious apartment in Kallithea, very close to Kallithea beach and the city center. Apartment has everything you need. Staff was also genuinely friendly after a busy season. Book here guys you will thank me later.

Very nice

It was a small apartment, we hade a large balcony, a kitchen , a small bathroom , we had everything we need. The fridge was big enough, the air condition worked very well and the location was 5 minutes away from the center, were you cand find many shops and restaurants.

We had a few problems with the wifi

Located in quiet part of kallithea and close to beach and center. Hosts are very very kind and willing to help and answer everything. Very clean and confortable studio with enough space to spend 10 days with 2year kid. Big terrase. Stable wifi. Nice garden.

Almost a hotel! Exceptional!

Very friendly and helfpul staff. The owner kept the parking for me on the first day and gave instruction for other days where to leave the car. Upon arrival he carried our heaviest bag for us. Cleaning was done every day, chaning of the sheets and towels (branded Alkionis) i think every second day. Cleaning lady even cleaned our dishes and sorted our food. Aircondion (first time for me in Greece) was already included and once room even precooled fot us when we got back from the beach. :)

Sometimes my phone disconnected me from WiFi due to the internet (or router) signal quality. Everything else was almost exceptional!

Great stay, real value for money, excellently maintained little hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops but on a quiet street, and a short walk from the beach (you'd have to walk down the stair or down the road to get to the beach, but that is true for all non-waterfront accommodation in Kallithea. The closest beaches are absolutely amazing - with clean blue water and soft sand seabed. The proprietor of the hotel is very nice and helpful, the rooms are being regularly cleaned, towels and linens changed etc. The shower exceeds any expectations you might have for a small hotel like this. There's a small kitchen which allows to cook a meal if you need to. There's an AC in the room.
