Seaview Studios Kriopigi

Great location in the center of a small town, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces on the road and around the corner. Amazing view from the terrace, clean rooms, modern air-conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Many amazing Halkidiki/Kassandra beaches nearby and an hour drive to Thessaloniki, if you want to visit the city. The owners of this property are friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely book here again.

The ashes from the restaurant next door fly everywhere and stick to your clothes, bed sheets, towels. The bathroom, especially the shower, is very small, like other guests mentioned. The kitchen does not really have enough pots and dishes, if you plan on cooking multiple meals every day. These are really small things, which didn't stop us from enjoying this lovely apartment.

Bellissima vista mare. Appartamento funzionale e con ampi spazi. Gentilissima la proprietaria sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

We had a great stay! The apartment offers a stunning view, which made our mornings and evenings truly special. There are several shops and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, making it very convenient. Parking is free – either just about 100 meters from the property or directly on the street if space is available. Beaches are also close, and within a few minutes by car you can easily reach several beautiful spots. The host was extremely kind and helpful, communication was smooth, and the key handover was quick and exactly as agreed. The apartment is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa, perfect for families or small groups. As a welcome touch, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and chilled water, which was much appreciated after the journey. The air conditioning works perfectly and cools the entire space very efficiently – it's located in the living room and reaches all areas well. Each guest received their own set of towels and toiletries, including shower gel, toothbrush, and toothpaste – a really thoughtful detail. Highly recommended, we’d happily return!

A few things to keep in mind: Due to the restaurant located right next to the terrace and entrance, it can get a bit noisy in the evenings, typically until around midnight or 1 AM. There is no microwave in the apartment, which might be worth considering for future stays. The pull-out sofa is okay for short stays, but it could be larger or more comfortable, especially if two people are planning to sleep on it for multiple nights. In one of the apartments, the toilet is connected to the hot water line, which can sometimes make using it a bit uncomfortable. None of these were major issues for us, but mentioning them in case they matter to others or could help improve the experience further.
