Die Wohnung selbst war ruhig, da keine Nachbarn Lärm gemacht haben. Allerdings musste ich hin und wieder das Fenster schließen, um Ruhe vor dem Straßenlärm zu haben. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ziemlich modern.
Von der Umgebung war ich enttäuscht. Etwas abseits vom Zentrum und nicht gerade ein Vorzeigeviertel. Daher fand ich es auch überhaupt nicht gut, dass die Haustür am Tag praktisch unverschlossen war und der Hausflur zur Unterkunft von außen unkontrolliert betreten werden konnte. Aber es ist nichts passiert. Ganz schlecht war die Müllentsorgung. Eigentlich sollte man den Abfall in Mülltonnen im Innenhof entsorgen. Ich fand keine Tonnen. Ich verstehe auch nicht, warum manche Vermieter die Klebeetiketten an Geschirr und anderen Gegenständen nicht entfernen.
