Easy access, very good communicatuon with the host and very helpful. The address indicated was correct, the property was clean, the room was exactly like in the pictures. We had one night to stay in Essen and it was good value. Clean and accessible shared toilet and showers. The key was easy to access with code offered in time by the host.
The towels were moist, on the bed. They were clean but most probably did not have the time to dry from the washer and we could not use it in that evening. There were some noisy neighbours laughing loudly while preparing food at 22 he's. but around 23 hrs it was quiet.

Access was ok, I was able to check in a little early. Comfortable firm bed. Nice lounge area.
Toilet and shower directly off the lounge area. Kitchen not well equipped. Coffee filter paper but no holder. Minimal pots etc. My room had a window facing the street but the blind didn't reach to the bottom of the window. There were sweet wrappers under the bed. The shower has no shelves and only two small hooks and the towels are thin. No WiFi.
