Business Apartment 1 Essen

I really liked staying in this apartment, it’s actually one of the reasons I came to also like the city Essen. The location is excellent, close tothe city’s main attractions, kiosks , supermarket , shopping , restaurant , transportation . making it a great base for your stay. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious, with two bedrooms and a large sofa, making it suitable for anywhere from one to six persons. It’s well equipped with a TV, a proper kitchen, desk office to work , WiFi and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. And at night, the curtains block out the light well if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness. The bathroom is comfortable and towels are provided. When I booked, the price was very reasonable and actually more towards the low price , considering everything the apartment offers. It also has a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Check-in was easy and smooth, and the host was professional and attentive, he even called beforehand to make sure everything was in order. Don’t know what else would I like in an apartment and that’s why I would rate it 10/10 . I would defiantly stay here again if I come to Essen again and would recommend it for anyone who would go there

Das hat uns sehr sehr sehr sehr gut gefallen, große Apartment, bequem, sauber ein wunderschönes gemütliches Apartment und auch ein sehr gutes Gefühl

Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich. Obwohl die Fassade nicht die tollste ist,verspricht die Wohnung aber eine ordentliche und recht hübsche Wohnung. Für das Geld ,welches man bezahlt,kann man sich nicht beschweren

Schlecht fanden wir den schwarzen schimmel in der Badewanne,der aber nicht viel ist. Das Bett ist nicht vom teuersten und das merkt man auch.

Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig. Die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselkästen hat gut funktioniert.Das Bett war fest und für mich komfortabel. Es waren Espressokapseln und Teebeutel vorhanden. Die Geschirrausstattung ist fürs Frühstück ausreichend, sonst minimal. Vorhänge sorgen für Verdunkelung, anderen Sichtschutz gibt es nicht.

Bett und Sofa waren zusammen gestellt,so dass das Sofa ohne Möbelrücken nicht benutzbar war. Der Teppich unter dem Sofatisch war nicht sauber. Es gibt keine Haken, Kleiderständer oder Schrank für Jacken und sonstige Bekleidung und nur 1 Stuhl dafür. WLAN hatte keinen Internetzugang, so dass auch der TV nicht funktionierte. Ein mittelgroßes Handtuch pro Person reicht nicht. Ein Küchenhandtuch gab es nicht. Ein leerer Bierkasten fand sich in der Küche. Der Duschvorhang fehlte, so dass das Bad beim Duschen komplett nass wird. Es gibt nur 1 Haken im Bad, keine Stange o.a. zum Aufhängen von nassen Handtüchern.
