The apartment was superb. Very spacious and well designed with lots of natural light. Everything was very clean The facilities were excellent including fast wifi, dishwasher and matching machine. Great kitchen and main living area. Renovated in an old building it was comfortable, stylish and very convenient to the Lohrheidestadion and to Bochum Wattenscheid town centre. Andre was an excellent host (fluent in German, English and Spanish) who went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. I used the main bedroom (large double bed): the apartment had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with a shower. I loved the double hung windows which allowed a good breeze in while maintaining privacy.
Like many loft conversion apartments in old buildings one must climb several flights of stairs (no lift). This was not a problem for me but it makes the apartment less accessible.
