Habe nicht in die Heißluft-Fritteuse im Gemeinschaftsflur geschaut 😉, aber im Zimmer und im Gemeinschaftsbad war alles wunderbar sauber und mangelfrei. Kein Vergleich zu dem, was man sonst als günstigste Wahl findet! Da sieht auch manches mittelpreisige Hotel schlecht gegen aus.
Haus recht hellhörig, vor allem im Zimmer neben dem Gemeinschaftsbad hört man viele Geräusche. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang fur meine Statur etwas eng und Halter für die Handbrause nicht sehr hoch. Eingang und Treppenhaus etwas eng, wenn man große Koffer oder einen eScooter hoch und runter schleppt. Recht primitives Türschloss vom Flur zum Zimmer.

Parcheggio disponibile davanti alla struttura. Check-in facile e veloce. Struttura pulita e silenziosa.

Very clean and and tidy. I arrived late at night and had to leave early, but the owner arranged everything perfectly, no worries at all if you happen to be in the same situation!
