Заселение без проблем: хозяин предоставляет подробные инструкции по заселению и код от дверного замка. Замок закрывается на ключ, ключи в номере. Апартаменты расположены в жилом доме, на втором этаже, соседей много. Лестница крутовата, но есть лифт. Окно выходит во двор: достаточно тихо даже при открытом окне. В апартаментах душевая кабина, умывальник и туалет. Есть гель для душа, мыло, полотенца. Интернет работает хорошо. Рядом с апартаментами остановка метро и трамвая. Есть супермаркет. Рестораны рядом работают только вечером. Кровать удобная, но подуставшая: наматрасник уже продавлен.
Дверь не блокирует звуки из коридора. Окно закрывается неплотно, при сильном ветре слышен свист. Туалет сливает слишком шумно.

Alles war sauber, intakt, gemütlich. Der Preis war angemessen und die Kommunikation tadellos.
Ich musste etwas tüfteln, um die Lampen am Bett zum Leuchten zu kriegen. Ein kleiner Hinweis darauf, dass man sie evtl. erst per USB-C aufladen muss, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Ist aber eine Lappalie.
