Ganz gut kann man sich nicht beschweren

Für mich gibt es nichts das mir nicht gefällt hat

Es wäre besser in Zukunft die Wohnung etwa warm bzw. geheizt zu halten. Es war sehr kalt als wir reingekommen sind, und die Heizung braucht viel Zeitl bis die Wohnung für die Kinder warm genug war.

The place was bigger than expected and provided great comfort for our weekend stay with our friend. We were able to make use of the kitchen to cook breakfast and use the available fridge to store our food. Bathroom was somewhat well equipped and property was well located for our needs, not too far from the train station and local shops/cafes.

The door entry process could be made a little easier. The instructions regarding entering the main security door were provided through booking.com did not match exactly to the correct buzzer to press. Entry to the apartment door was flawless with the code system however, it seems that the security entrance relied on having the owner in the building to buzz us in. One night we were unable to open the security door and had to contact the owner. There was a very quick response, however this made us anxious to return late in case we were unable to open the door. It would also be great if the shower head could be attached to the wall, as it made it difficult to wash and a very cold experience in the winter without having the hot water on you as you wash. The heaters in the property worked okay if you stood nearby, but were not very effective at keeping the apartment warm.

- Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig ( ganze Spinnenzucht im Flur) - Sehr hellhörig (man hört jeden Schritt der Wohnung obendrüber, der Glaseinsatz der einen Schlafzimmertür wackelt bei jedem Schritt oben) - Küchenausstattung sehr mager, es gab noch nicht einmal 1 Glas, im Kühlschrank lagen noch offene Lebensmittel vom Vormieter und abgewaschenes Geschirr auf dem Spülbecken - Fenster in beiden Zimmern liessen sich nur schwer öffnen und ankippen - Duschaufhängung im Bad defekt, Fugen z.T. sehr unansehnlich - Es gibt nur in einem Schlafzimmer eine kleine Wäscheaufhängung/Regal , das andere Zimmer lebt aus dem Koffer - 2 Häuser weiter befindet sich eine Bar, man muss mit lauter Musik (80ziger Jahre Party) bis in die Morgenstunden rechnen
