Came over from England for Euro 2024. The apartment was perfect, and felt very safe. Parking was always available and very close. Kitchen was modern, and all pans and utensils there. The local supermarket was a 5 minute walk, along with takeaways, a bank etc. My sons (9 & 12) talk about the apartment fondly :)
Only issue was the shower running hot for 30seconds then cold for 5. Maybe as we were in a shared block and we were showering at the same time as other residents?. That is the only issue I encountered

The appartment was quite bright, well decorated, quite comfortable, with new bedding and well located -you may find a tram station nearby.
In general the appartment was great and had everything is required! Still there was missed iron facilities in the allartment. As we came for the conference in Essen, the iron stuff was essential for my colleague and me :)
