NOVA4- Cozy Apartment 8 ppl- Near Disneyland Paris

Its a perfect distance from Disney, can get on bus to Disney easily. Really nice modern apartment, with good view from Balcony over local park. Also just 5 minutes walk to Val D Europe shopping centre. Decor was light and modern. Very handy to have washing machine too. The shutters on the windows helped cool the apartment down a bit and felt safe. Whole area felt safe to be as could tell most people were on holiday for Disney. Nice secure entrance with the gate and two doors to go through.

The smell of cigarettes was in the Sink/Shower room, and we were unable to get rid of the smell, it made the apartment feel unclean. The extractor fan in that room did not work, and also the extractor fan in the toilet did not work, so not able to be in those rooms without feeling hot and stuffy and unable to get rid of smells and steam very easily. The fans provided for the three bedrooms were good, but needed an Air con option as we were trying to sleep in 29-30 Degrees Celsius every night through the heat wave. One of the key Phobs was slightly faulty so wouldnt always open the gate straight away. With the improvements of the extractor fan working and option of air con being available in the fans, and of course the cigareette problem being delt with, we would happily stay there again.

Great location. Fans provided in every room to combat summer heat. Clean tidy and well decorated.

Only 1 bathroom is a little drawback and the sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest but after a full day of Disney you can sleep on anything.

Nice clean good location
