La struttura è nuovissima, ben attrezzata per 10 persone, molto pulita, accogliente, confortevole e si trova in una zona piena di parchi e molto tranquilla.
È forse un po’ distante a piedi dalla fermata della metro, ma ben collegata con i bus di città.
