Large, luxurious and three min walk to sea and promenade

It's very spacious as, being a period property, has large rooms. It's a family home let out for the summer so feels homely yet still very tidy. It had everything we needed, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent, a short walk to the promenade although more like 5 minutes than 3. Then you can walk to Newlyn and Mousehole or the other way to Marazion with St Michael's Mount. The local park literally round the corner is lovely and has an outdoor theatre. We didn't go to it but does have some good plays/shows. The town is conveniently 10-15 mins walk away too. Lidl is your closest shop 7 mins walk away.

Struggling to think of anything that could be better as it was perfect for our needs. Worth knowing the entrance is up some steep steps and the second toilet is on the first floor as well and is a little snug. Might be useful to know for anyone with access issues. But not a problem for us.
