Dunedin Guest House

The owners were very kind and hospitable. There was the possibility of chatting with other guests during breakfast. The food was delicious. The only thing we might have missed would have been a common room for gathering or reading or board games, but the space is not possible for that. I would definitely return for another week in Penzance and stay at Dunedin house. The owners were helpful with guidance on local walks, things to do and were available to receive a package that was delivered while we were out.

I have no negative comments whatsoever.

We loved our stay at Dunedin guest house in Penzance. Parking was easy , free and outside hotel on the street. Duncan and Shaline( hopefully correct spelling?) were delightful , friendly , helpful hosts. Our room was comfortable and bathroom good. The breakfast had good options, including lovely fresh fruit and cereals followed by hot choices. Plenty of tea and coffee. Good walking distance to promenade and central town.

Nothing to not like

The hosts were helpful and welcoming which counted for a lot. Lots of local knowledge and happy to chat and generally take an interest. The breakfast coffee was very good.

The room even for a single felt very cramped. The breakfast was fine but with the exception of the coffee (see above) felt very old fashioned in its offering. A better range of fruit, breads. With herbal and fruit teas and bottled water included on the room trays, ideally coffee pods rather than instant.
