Fabulous Hosts

Our hosts were absolutely amazing, very thoughtful and courteous. For instance, my husband asked if there was any peanut butter for his toast. They said no. The next day sitting on our table was a jar of peanut butter. The location is central to everything. Close enough to walk to the pool, restaurants and the port shopping. The room was quiet and plenty big. There's street parking and we never had trouble finding a spot close to the home

I would definitely book this accommodation again if I am going to visit the Isles of Scilly again.

Buffet was lovely cos they provide plenty of fresh fruits. I was delighted that they do provide herbal teas.

Comfortable and relaxing and would definitely stay here again

It was cosy comfortable and clean guest house.The location was good walking distance to shops and restaurants and transport. Duncan greeted us like an old friend when we arrived and was very knowledgeable and offered tips on places to visit. Shamika was equally as friendly in the mornings organising our breakfast orders Breakfast was great good variety of cereals fruit ,yoghurts as well as hot breakfast cooked to order. They organised for us to have breakfast a little earlier on our departure day and booked the taxi to the station.

Duncan and Shalia were perfect hosts. Lovely breakfast, room clean and tidy with everything you needed. Very helpful with places to eat and visit.

Lovely stay

Room spottlessy clean and tastefully decorated, there was everything you need. Guest house located in a quiet area very close to the promenade and just 10minutes from the town centre. Delicious breakfast. Duncan and Shaline are two very nice hosts, very friendly and helpful! I would recommend it!

The location was great, short walk for everything. We are from a flat area of England so a little more hilly thane home. Duncan and Shaline are excellent hosts. They went above for us. Beds so comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. I would highly recommend

Handy for penzance and exploring the area with easy and free parking, the hosts warm and friendly

The hosts were helpful and welcoming which counted for a lot. Lots of local knowledge and happy to chat and generally take an interest. The breakfast coffee was very good.

The room even for a single felt very cramped. The breakfast was fine but with the exception of the coffee (see above) felt very old fashioned in its offering. A better range of fruit, breads. With herbal and fruit teas and bottled water included on the room trays, ideally coffee pods rather than instant.

Welcoming hosts and lovely guesthouse in a wonderful location

A really wonderful location, with absolutely lovely hosts who were so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and you're only a few minutes walk from the stunning seafront with plenty to do in the local area. Breakfast was simple and tasty - just what you need before a day of walking. Would definitely recommend it.

Water pressure was a little low in my room on the top floor, but still good enough for a shower.

Breakfast was delicious and I like that we had a choice. Duncan and Shalin were great hosts. They were present whenever they were needed and were extremely helpful. I loved my room, so cozy and yet had everything I needed within easy reach.

The property was spotlessly clean , and the breakfast was fantastic .it was also in a perfect spot very close to the seafront where there were restaurants, and outdoor swimming pool with a cafe and also the bus stops where you could travel all over Cornwall for 5 pounds a day .

Marvellous Find in Penzance

Small friendly Bed and Breakfast. Fantastic hosts and great breakfast. The twin bedroom a friend and I stayed in was perfectly adequate for what we needed visiting friends in the area. It was just a 10 minute stroll from central Penzance and parking wasn't a major problem. A shower with non slip flooring was a real bonus.
