Short stay in Alsace

The apartment is very nice and modern, and you can sleep comfortably even on the sofa bed.

we asked for a fan because it was extremely hot, but they didn’t have a single one available — such a shame. We suggest adding them, after all, it’s not a big investment.

Definitely worth for the price, clean and mordern.

New and very clean bathroom, fancy light in the bedroom. And a big tv which you can watch different streams. There are also restaurants and a small grocery store next to the house, very convenient.

The bedroom is next to a relatively busy road. It’s a bit noisy at night even with the window closed. I’m a light sleeper so it matters to me. But if you can fall asleep easily, this is not a big deal.

Ottima occasione per provare a dormire in una casa alsaziana ma in un contesto moderno. Buona pulizia. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio notturno appena fuori. Anche diversi ristoranti sulla via antistante. Cioccolatini e tisane/caffè di cortesia.

Dotazione cucina scarsissima in cucina nuovissima! 4 piatti e poco più. Figuriamoci olio aceto e sale. Basterebbe poco per fare bella figura.

Inutile de payer le parking en supplément vu qu'il est occupé par des véhicules non payants

Logement spacieux et literie très confortable

Quelques bols lorsqu'on prend le petit déjeuner ne seraient pas superflus. Le parking est payant mais pas de place lorsqu'il y a d'autres véhicules déjà stationnés Suite au problème de stationnement de 2 fourgons professionnels "non autorisés" à notre place payante et après vous l'avoir signalé le 4 décembre 2025, vous nous avez proposé de nous rembourser les 30€ de parking, nous sommes le 24 janvier 2026 et nous n'avons toujours pas été remboursé.

Assolutamente NULLA!

Vergognosi,le condizioni della camera erano inaccettabili! SPORCIZIA ovunque, non ci siamo potuti neanche fare una doccia, nel pavimento del bagno anche un tappo di una lametta,pavimento lercio ! Contattata la struttura neanche abbiamo ricevuto delle scuse o spiegazioni. Abbiamo richiesto un rimborso anch’esso rifiutato! Evitate questo posto!

Mon séjour était très agréable

La proximité avec Strasbourg. Son emplacement dans la ville juste un côté d’une supérette pour faire des courses en arrivant. L’appartement était très propre et confortable. Il dispose également d’une cour pour se garer.

Quel dommage il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour que ce soit nettement mieux

Correct pour le prix. Les infos d'arrivée. La déco, le quartier et les restos

Quelques choses à améliorer (dommage car l'appartement a du potentiel) : permettre l'ouverture des fenêtres (une seule fenêtre ouvrable !) heureusement que ce n'était pas en plein été trouver une solution d'occultation de la lumière l'éclairage (néons criard, pas de lampes de chevet) proposer une consigne d'utilisation de la box (j'ai beau avoir la même chez moi impossible de trouver le canal) mettre des picots pour éviter les pigeons sur les rebords de fenêtre

Niente male.

Vicinissimo a Strasburgo, usando il P&R, in auto 6 minuti, parcheggio alla P&R = 4.2 euro, biglietti gratuiti per tutti (4X) sui mezzi publici per líntera giornata.

Un po' di "odore" strano al ingresso della casa. Inquillini al piano superiore si svegliano alle 4 del mattino e preparano le valiggie e la partenza per una durata di 2 ore. Impossibile dormire.

Siisti remontoitu asunto rustiikkisessa rakennuksessa

Todella siisti huoneisto noin 6 kilometrin päässä Strasbourgin keskustasta. Lähellä paljon ruokapaikkoja. Auton sai parkkiin asunnon pihalle. Asunto sijaitsee rustiikkisessa rakennuksessa ja hieman rustiikkinen tuoksu oli myös sisätiloissa.

Confortable, propre et rénovation récente.

Escalier étroit dans les parties communes, pour accéder au logement, compliqué avec les bagages. Un petit aspirateur ou balai aurait été appréciable, ainsi qu'une poêle pour l'équipement cuisine.

Bien placé, mal entretenu.

Très bon emplacement, à 15min de Strasbourg, proche des grands axes et du Tram.

Propreté qui laisse à désirer surtout quand on insiste là dessus dans la description. Les draps n’avaient pas été lavés, de nombreux cheveux sur les coussins, dans la douche, poussière et sol mal lavé + forte odeur de vernis dans l’appartement.

Vivere al meglio l’Alsazia!

La casa, caratteristica, disponeva di tutti i comfort, era spaziosa (noi eravamo in tre) e in un ottima posizione, inoltre il paese molto bello e con ristoranti e boulangerie. Appartamento pulito e staff sempre disponibile.

La tranquillità.

Casetta tipica a graticcio. Posizione molto tranquilla. Parcheggio gratuito facile da trovare. L'appartamento non è enorme ma ha tutto il necessario. Host veramente carini, mia figlia ha rotto un vasetto, ho scritto immediatamente per chiedere come poterlo ripagare e mi hanno tranquillazzato dicendo che sono cose che possono succedere. Veramente comprensivi.

La remise des clés été pratique avec les boîtes à l’entrée

Des soucis de propreté La douche pleine de calcaire Des araignées avec leur toile à la fenêtre d’en haut Les fenêtres sales avec des traces de doigts , de la poussière sur les lustres La télé qui ne fonctionne pas et pas d’explication pour la faire fonctionner. Pas de rampe à l’escalier ni de rambarde de sécurité. Et surtout pas de vrai lit et un clic clac plus qu’inconfortable, un matelas très fin qui ne fais que grincer. Très chaud car sous comble un ventilateur aurait été appréciable. Manque d’un four électrique car aucun moyen de cuisiner à pars le micro ondes. Pas de prise dans la salle de bain et surtout un gros vis à vis dans la salle de bain, on se lave et on va aux toilettes à la vue des voisins , ça nécessiterais un film flou sur la fenêtre

L’appartement est jolie et très bien rénové , c’est un beau bâtiment !

Il y a beaucoup de passage dans ces chambres, et pourtant elles sont très poussiéreuses. Ce n’est pas un lit, mais un canapé pliable, ce qui n’est pas confortable pour deux adultes.

WI-FI et TV qui fonctionent pas , heuresement qu'on a reussi un partage avec notre portable pour la soirée de la victoire du PSG! Pas de draps suplémentaires pour le canapé lit du salon!

Die Lage des Hauses ist genial. In 5 Minuten ist man in der Mitte des Dorfes wo auch die Straßenbahn nach Straßburg startet. Ein kleines Lädchen direkt neben dem Haus und mehrere Restaurants in geringer Entfernung

Prix abordable. emplacement suffisament prés du lieu que nous souhaitions fréquenter pour ce séjour. logement agréable.

escaliers d'accés plutôt étroit et raide donc mal adapté pour monter les bagages (et même sans bagage), peint entièrement en noir et dépourvu de rembarde de maintien ce qui le rend un peu dangereux surtout à la descente ( impression de tomber dans le vide). inconfortable pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de déplacement. manque une table pour pouvoir manger. le terme kichenette désigne la possibilité de pouvoir faire à manger hors aucun moyen de chauffe plaque gaz ou electrique et aucun ustensile de cuisine. manque de bols, saladier, un minimum serait bien ... accès à la douche trés étroit pour des personnes un peu enrobées. manque de rideau occultant dans la salle de bain qui est en vis à vis sur trois fenêtres juste en face et en distance réduite. manque un point d'extinction de la lumière depuis le lit. télévision réglée en langue espagnole sans accés aux chaînes de la TNT et impossible à régler sans l'intervention de la conciergerie après 3 jours (le veille du départ)

Casa alsaziana ma da migliorare

Premetto che abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in una situazione di emergenza dal momento che quello che avevamo prenotato non era agibile per una fuga d’acqua. Il proprietario ci aveva avvisato che si trattava di un appartamento piccolo, ma non abbiamo capito che non disponeva di una cucina. In ogni caso gli siamo grati per averci proposto questa alternativa piuttosto che nulla e gli altri appartamenti sono probabilmente più idonei ad ospitare tre persone. Si trova in una classica casa alsaziana appena ristrutturata e l’appartamento era all’ultimo piano. È arredato di nuovo ed era molto pulito

La mancanza di una cucina (anche solo una piastra elettrica) e di un tavolo lo rendono un posto ideale solo per pernottare. In bagno manca la tenda alla finestra e si vede direttamente nella casa adiacente. In bagno non ci sono spine elettriche. Il divano letto è ampio ma non comodissimo. All’ultima rampa delle scale manca un parapetto e con bambini piccoli potrebbe essere pericoloso.

Logement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Toilettes séparées. Chambre totalement indépendante de l'espace cuisine salon. Trois restaurants à moins de 100 m !

La cabine de douche fait un peu vieillotte dans un si bel ensemble. Une douche spacieuse à l'italienne irait très bien dans cette grande salle de bain. 😀
