Bergamo Central Living

This is a 2-bedroom apartment with 2 private bathrooms. The bathrooms are not en suite, but you do have a key. You do have access to the refrigerator in the kitchen. The apartment is very clean and the owner/hosts were very easy to work with. You can reach the apartment bldg in less than a 5-min walk from the Bergamo train station/airport bus stops. The building was very quiet at night. There are many shops and restaurants that you can walk to within 5-15 minute walk and the area felt very safe both day and night. The room does have a/c, but the owners control the thermostat and it runs for 2 hours every evening. To have it run all night is an extra fee. Breakfast vouchers were provided for a cafe a block away called LunfaBar, and you receive a coffee, brioche and ham/cheese sandwich.

There are some city fees which are in addition to the booking.com amount. For two nights ours was 25 euros. The rooms can be quite hot during hot weather, so just something to be aware of if this is important to you. For the owner, I think providing an electric fan in each room might be helpful. The two bedrooms do not have full windows, but instead are small windows in the roof/attic, and these do open to let in fresh air. However, you cannot see out of the windows in either of the rooms. Once again, just to be aware of this in case that would bother you. We did have an issue with no hot water, but the owner responded within minutes and came over to the resolve the issue which was just a switch that had accidentally been turned off. The building is a beautiful older apartment building, and these apartments are on the top floor. Since this is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, I think this would be ideal for a family or friends, who want to pay for two rooms and two bathrooms, yet they would have the entire apartment to themselves.

" Niedzielne śniadanie " które otrzymaliśmy od gospodarzy. Dzbanek w którym otrzymaliśmy sok miał pleśń na pokrywce od środka dosłownie grzyb tak jakby ten sok stał już z dobry tydzień... Kiwi które było pokrojone na talerzu oraz pomarańcze nie były świeże ....

Tudo muito limpo, organizado e bem explicado pelos donos do local, que por sinal foram extremamente gentis e simpáticos.

Não ficou tão claro no anúncio que o banheiro é fora do quarto.

Największym atutem obiektu jest niewątpliwie korzystna lokalizacja blisko dworców. Na plus ogólnodostępna kuchnia z niezbędnymi sprzętami. Mili właściciele.

Pobyt generuje dodatkowe opłaty, o których nie ma mowy w opisie obiektu. 4-noclegowy pobyt dla dwóch osób to dodatkowy koszt ok. 100 euro! O ile opłata klimatyczna jest dla mnie zrozumiałym i standardowym kosztem, o tyle 72 euro dodatkowej opłaty za "serwis sprzątający" to spore nadużycie. Tym bardziej, że "prywatna łazienka" (która nie znajduje się w pokoju, a na korytarzu i dostaje się do niej osobny klucz) była sprzątana tak, że wszędzie stała woda. Z kolei ciągłe zalewanie się łazienki było spowodowane tym, że pod prysznicem zamiast zasłony prysznicowej powieszono zwykłą zasłonkę, która nie dość, że nie zatrzymuje wody, to jeszcze przykleja się do ciała podczas kąpieli.
