Bergamo Romantica

Cristian is a great person. Diligent and very reaponsive. Eventhough we came evening he appeared from nowehere :))) and accomodate us.

Good location, clean and spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen reception (however it is shared with two other apartments)

Very low noise insulation. The apartment is one of three in the whole unit, and has a shared kitchen with two other apartments - you can hear other guests in the kitchen or in their rooms.

Fab location, very clean. Air con, comfy bed, lift to room. Great communication to obtain keys ect.

Very profesional and nice personel, we've been greeted just outside the building and shown inside. The location of the apartment was great, close to the train station (which was important for us, e.g. for travelling to Milan), the whole room was spacious and comfortable. Bergamo Romantica consists of 3 separate apartments with a common area including kitchen equipped with tea, coffee, some biscuits etc, we had no problems with our neighbours, each apartment has its own keys, so the security is also a non-problem. There was also a lovely view from the window.

Unfortunately bathroom has seen better days... There was a crack in the toilet seat, and unfortunately I believe we had mold just above the shower, which greatly disrupted my enjoyment from the apartment. Also the sheets on the bed were 'weird' - basically we had to sleep under the cover and another sheet below it, there was no 'regular' duvet provided.
