Divine House with private roof and pool only 1km from the Beach

Very beautiful property well maintained.

Hard to find at night but several different ways in and out of the property.

Good villa for a relax stay. Inside the villa all was good and functional. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 3 floors total incl roof. Good kitchen with all the stuff. Big fridge. Washing/drying machine You can sunbath on the rooftop. Linen were white snow. So, for inside of the villa I give 10 out of 10.

The management company sent us in whatsapp quite strict rules after the booking was made. Rules with prohibitions and fines. Which is generally ok but I believe these things shall be declared in advance on booking.com before the reservation is made. And one of the prohibitions is not to make noise after 9pm with the fine of 250$. The fine is high but I 100% agree with this particular regulation as we came there for rest. However, please note that these villas are set the way that 5 small villas face the same small yard (like 8 by 8 meters I would say) with the same small pool. Basically there is no territory to walk. Which is generally ok, but if you want some privacy that could bother you. When we stayed there, there were 2 different groups of people who partied in the pool till the late night just few meters from our windows. They were bit noisy so we had to keep all windows facing the pool closed all the nights we stayed there. So, it looked like these rules to be quite after 9pm either were not informed to these people or were simply ignored by them. And the personnel generally did not care about that. We would appreciate if the personnel enforce the rules imposed by themselves.
