Très beau logement avec petite piscine. Tout le confort nécessaire. Bonne communication avec Cristina. Internet fonctionne très bien. Immeuble grand et propre. Belle piscine sur le toit. Globalement très agréable. Proche de Tulum Playa et de la zone Hotelière. Le Centre-Ville de Tulum est à une bonne demie heure de marche (possibilité de louer un vélo à l'accueil).
Une coupure d'electricité imprévue qui rend la plupart des appareils (et internet) inutilisable pendant plusieurs heures. C'est vraiment mal tombé pour nous car c'était une matinée où une réunion était prévue... mais malheureusement les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien. A savoir quand même. Malheureusement, nous étions présent à Tulum lors d'un gros afflux de sargasses (algues brunes - fin avril/début mai). Mer très désagréable pour la baignade.

This is a great property not far from the beach and the ruins. Very clean and modern - helpful front desk reception - and the host is extremely responsive. The property is beautifully furnished, the beds are comfortable, and the apartment is stocked with everything you need for a great stay.
Nothing - it was everything we were looking for (it is not on the beach - but that isn't a surprise :-)

Mysigt inrett, hemtrevligt. Mycket plats för en familj på 5. Värdinnan Cristina var fantastiskt hjälpsam. Hon svarade snabbt och hjälpte till med råd och hjälp under hela veckan. Hon får toppbetyg.
Extrasängen gick inte att sova på, stenhård. Inte en riktig säng. Blev soffan i stället i vardagsrummet för den 5:e personen. Så bra att den fanns.
