This place was amazing! It was so quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff we saw were all super friendly and helpful. The bed was huge and the whole apartment was super spacious. I felt very safe here as two young women. Also the pool was amazing so clean and quiet with loads of sunbeds and Balinese beds. The property is easy to drive to and in a really walkable area. There’s a 7/11 less than a 5 minute walk away plus other stuff. You can also walk to Zama 12 where there’s loads of shops and restaurants. Tulum centro and Tulum beach are also both walkable from this property (still around 30/40 min walk but doable).
The gym is more like a sauna. The aircon is not very good at all and it’s all glass so basically is a greenhouse. There’s still plenty of machines though and it’s very quiet. We didn’t find this a problem but we didn’t come across any staff on site that could speak English in case you’d find that a problem. However, they are all super friendly and willing to help even if communication is a challenge.
