Beautiful, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. kitchen with anything u might need (and also some basics like salt and peppar) and free drinking water inkl refill if needed. Lovely small private pool and terrace to relax. Smart TV so you can watch your own programs (need to log in with your own credentials). Always available parking and security present at all times. Gym very well equipped and with airconditioning. Roof pool and terrace fabulous and with great views. There's even a washing service available if u would need it behind the gym (300 MXN per load). Access to several beach clubs without minimum spend. great info and communication by Cristina, the hostess. Recommend hiring a car so you can go up and down to the city to buy groceries or enjoy restaurants.

The persons in the apartment above are a bit noisy sometimes with shoes and moving chairs. Nothing to do either with the apartment in se, but there were enormous amounts of sargassum, making it unpleasant or impossible to enjoy the sea.

Absolut wunderschöne Unterkunft und alles was man sich für einen Aufenthalt in Tulum wünscht. Die gestellten Fahrräder wurden jeden Tag benutzt und waren sehr praktisch. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und waren rundum zufrieden. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist fantastisch und mit einer wirklich tollen Aussicht, auch wenn wir ihn nicht genutzt haben da wir die Tage am Strand verbracht haben. Die Umgebung ist wirklich schön und die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind wirklich gut und nur zu empfehlen und die Leute extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Je länger man dort blieb, desto mehr hat man sich zu Hause gefühlt. Jetzt am Ende des Aufenthalts wird man schon von allen auf der Straße gegrüßt und für uns war Tulum und diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht das letzte Mal als Urlaubsziel.

Great location, clean and very nicely decorated! Host was extremely helpful and communicative!!! We will be staying there again next year!
